Visited for the first time just now. Unwelcoming front desk staff. I ordered a cookie and an iced soy latte. When it was time to pay, she aggressively grabbed the payment device. After she bagged the cookie, she tossed it on the counter. Also, the menu says Medium sizes coffee drinks have two shots, but all she did was mix pre-brewed coffee with soy milk for my medium latte. No shots in my "latte," and it tasted watered down as expected.

I have been going to The Press for over 10 years now. Today is the last time. Prices higher than ever. BLAT with ice tea$21.30 Cmon. To top it off i had to ask for my change from a 10 and 20 dollar bills. Flustering at the register the cashier brought me change later. And shorted me $5..... To make it worse, the extra $3 to add a avacado only got me a smear of guac on one side of bread. Bye bye Angela. You won't see me again.. Minus 5 rating....

The bagel is just ok. A little too dense, but not in a good chewy way. It's a neat space though and I think it's more the sort of place to get a sit-down breakfast. I'll probably update this after I go back.

I agree with the other reviews here, Close to hwy when on the road, Great food for good price with friendly staff, I'd recommend 4 quick breakfast & lunch I'll b backParking: Sometimes parking on the street gets busy but quality of food and service makes up for it.

I went to The Press on vacation and their coffee was really good. I enjoyed a vanilla latte. However, the next day I went back and ordered the same thing and it was bad wrong and tasted very watery. So their coffee is really good but maybe their employees vary their recipes. Lots of their food items were also very good. I played cards inside with my boyfriend and it was nice to enjoy games and coffee. Such a cute place, I would defiantly come back.

Very solid place to stop for breakfast ( or lunch ) if in Half Moon Bay , have some view of the harbor if sitting outside. They also have some inside seating but very limited. Great thing about this place is stubbed in to because it opened at 5:00 am. I had another place in mind but they were closed at 8:30 , kinda crazy for breakfast on a weekend I ordered the breakfast burrito and typing this as I wait for it , but did have a plan croissant which I have to say was super fresh Note that if you use a credit card they add 3.5 percent , I always carry and use cash so it was cool but I know some hate when they see that added fee Okay , the burritos was excellent the ingredients so well mixed you tasted everything in each bit and cooked perfect. At first the potatoes looks burnt but some of the best I've had. Really enjoyed stopping here The only reason for not giving 5 stars is no restroom , which seems very strange for a sit down establishment.
