It’s confusing to have such good tasting sauce, beautifully coated around a perfectly cooked low quality piece of chicken. Every time I try to give this restaurant a shot at redemption I’m let down. It’s sad to see that Pizza Hut is buying better quality wings than a buffalo wild WINGS… I want to like you guys so badly… no sauce or great cooking can cover up the fact that these wings are terrible!

They say their "operating hours" we're from 1000-0100 but when we went in at 1242, they said they could do to go orders and we we're fine with that, the stove was on, therewas freshly cooked food but a bit after they told us the fryers we're off. Suuuure. What's the point of being open then? After a long night shift we just wanted food and we're deceived by their operating hours. Thankfully Raising Cane's came through! Highly upset!!!

Today is the Super bowl overtime free 6 pcs wings promo. Hours started from 2pm to 5pm to avail your free wings. I get it, there’s a lot of people but Buffalo Wild Wings should be More prepared for the busy days especially today. Why would you tell the world that Bdubs is giving away free wings if people who showed up there and gave their time to fall in line did not get the so called “overtime wings” the assistant manager or whoever went outside and took orders in a piece of paper and said “i’ll come back and ring this up before times runs out” at approximately 4:40pm. Don’t you guys have a wireless POS machine? Or what about ask everyone who got there on time to raise there hand. Count those heads and ring it up in a single go if 50 people were there, press “5, 0 promo 6 pcs wings”. By the time he finished ringing up the orders was 5:00pm. He stepped outside and told everybody that he can’t help us with the free wings anymore cause the button is not there anymore. The way he handled things looks like he doesn’t want to help those people who fall in line for that free wings.Stop promoting your overtime wings if you can’t back it up or what about be more specific on the rules ? Disappointed on bdubs and will never ever going to eat here again.

Assistant General Manager Ike was very rude during the free 6 piece wing deal. My family waited in line and he allowed other people to cut in front of everyone that was already waiting in line. He didn’t acknowledge they had cut the line and raised his voice saying that it doesn’t matter and proceeded to get their order when he was told everyone else was in line first. very unprofessional and disorganized.

The wings and burgers are very good. It is one of the restaurants that I would eat every day. The food is very good. It is also a very good atmosphere. The service is good.
First time coming here. This place is kinda small, but the service was awesome. I didn't have to wait on anything.

Pretty unimpressive. Waited 15 minutes before the hostess even acknowledged us. Once seated it was just the usual loud sports bar atmosphere (not a big deal, I actually like sports bars) . Place desperately needs a very deep cleaning. Food was meh. If you're looking for beer and lots of tvs to watch Monday night football this is definitely your place. But if you're looking for a good dinner or really tasty wings and decent service...I'd pick somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. I went to Buffalo Wild Wings to see my favorite soccer team play while enjoying some food. I asked customer service if they can put on the game. They mentioned that due to a college game, they had limited tvs. They pointed one up at the bar. They asked me where I would like to sit. I asked for the bar section. I sit in the middle of two stools. Here is where things went south. An employee told me that they don't have the mexican channels (even though my soccer team is from Los Angeles(an American soccer team). He thought that because I was mexican OR either that soccer is a mexican only game. I ignore what he said because at least he was going to put on the game. Then, I had a older man telling me if i can move down a stool, but my brother was going to stop by any minute to watch the game. I declined to move and the older man must of complained because I had the bartender notifying to me that I can't reserve the seat, even though my brother was going to come any minute. Plus, it was going to be the only tv that was going to show the game. The location was great to view the game and there was no other spot to see it from. I felt uncomfortable. I felt uncomfortable and decided to leave. I will not be coming back.
