If there's one thing I can count on is food not being hot at this place. My 2yr old doesn't like hot food and I get him a plain cheeseburger here every time and he can eat it straight after getting it. The cheese doesn't even melt. That would be something bad for 99.99% of customers though.

The food and service were good but the manager and the employees don't even acknowledge you they look right at you the least they can say is hello or will be with you in a minute nothing just stares!

Around 3pm today I ordered thru the drive thru and specifically asked for fresh onions rings n nuggets, I DID NOT GET THEM the way I requested it. what's the point? Service like this is what drives people to put their money somewhere else. Very disappointing especially when they confirmed your order and you get food that sucks. All I have to say is you will do the same out there , how would it feel mot to get the order you've asked for?

I ordered a family bundle and I not saying anything about the food but the service was not that good. I had to park and it took over 10 minutes to get my food and then when I finally got my food that asked did I was sauce of course I said no because I did not want to wait another 10 minutes to get that.
Terrible service… when an order is wrong… the manager didn’t even prioritize or put a rush on correcting the mistake.. so not only did I waste my time in the drive thru for 10mins I spent another 20mins inside the store before the right order was brought to me… I will never return to this Burger King… Way to go management!! This is on u… Perhaps more training in customer service is needed… after I got my order I threw it in the garbage… just like the service… if u lead like garbage the food has to be garbage… I wish I could post 0 stars… just sayinParking: Parking is always plentiful because nobody wants to eat there with the management and service involved

Brought our special needs students for a community outing....they ordered kids meals with a cookie....one student preferred the toy (a piece of cardboard) they made sure he returned his cookie b4 the let him have the toy....he was so confused they threw the cookie away rite in front of him....also the weren't very nice....you can see the faces....the need to be reminded a smile is free

Bad service. Went to take kids from our school to lunch and they didn't seem happy. They acted rude and didn't want to give one of the kids a toy with a happy meal. It's sad when people act like that. They need better customer service at this location.

Had a coupon for two Whopper juniors and two medium fries for $5.99. Gave the coupon to the individual at the drive-thru window looked at the coupon said "great" charged me $12 and some change fail....
