Went in at 9pm and they close at 11. Chairs were all up and staff seems really inconvenienced by you. Meat was cold but sat down at one of the available tables and ate. Had to use the bathroom and had to ask 3 employees who all told me different reasons why I couldn’t go. One said she lost the key, the other said it was being cleaned and I could go soon and then finally the manager told me that it was closed for the night because it takes over an hour for the floors to dry. Overall the staff seems to really dislike being there and they show it with how they treat the customers. Food service can be difficult but at least show basic politeness when customers show it to you.

We walked in at 10:10 almost an hour before closing, they close at 11. Chairs were up on tables already, the staff was rude, like how dare we come in at that hour. They didn't have chips, or cilantro, they ran out of salad dressing. We were planning on eating there, but our food was packed up 'to go' automatically. There was no where to sit anyways because the chair were already up on the tables. They basically pushed us out the door. We chose this place because it was open late and we wanted to celebrate the awesome job my nephew did in his school play. The play was over at 10pm so we figured this place would be perfect. Yeah, wrong!

I'm here a few times a week. Today, the gentleman who helped me shorted my bowl. The bowl wasn't even halfway complete. He made a point to tell the other worker, “ 2spoon full “ for the extra guac, but that wasn't even one full spoon worth. They were slow because they had no cold drinks today, so maybe he was too busy in his conversation to care.

Came in today to pick up my order at 6:40pm, I was the only customer in the store at the time. Several employees behind the counter. The only thing I said was my name, and one of them mocked my voice repeating my name back to me in a high pitched mocking tone. What's the problem?

The young man preparing our burrito was really rude and in a such a rush, I almost just walked away. I skipped an item and fell back to ask for an additional item and he basically almost blew a fuse. Then he had the nerve to ask in this annoying tone, " is there anything else,? I knew he was was almost at the breaking point so I just said, "nope" then he muttered the same saying "nope" in a low tone. I was going to let all this go but my daughter said to me that she felt that the person that served us was really annoyed with us and I replied, "that's funny because I thought we were the customers". So this is why I'm writing this so maybe by some slight chance management reads this and possibly they might have experienced other customers stating the same or maybe overheard this young man with his customer service skills. The food is good at this restaurant but not good enough to continue to eat at this Hanford location with this type of attitude preparing your food.

Chipotle needs to step it up with the sauce cups or get better bags. You can only imagine how upset I was when I exited my vehicle and reached over to get my food out and the bag just explodes. All my food fell out and onto the ground. To top it off the red salsa cup that wasn't properly closed covered the seats to my brand new car. I just purchased my vehicle a month ago and then this happens. I'm honestly I could care less about the food on the ground I was more upset about my brand new seats.
