3rd time in this store. Went in and 4 customers waiting no staff anywhere, guy came out from the back, said nothing and then went back out of sight. Two staff finally started working but not polite or apologetic for the wait by now more than 8 people waiting with no sense of urgency! And the store was dirty. Do better crumble!Parking: Large lot

The cookies are always a hit and so delicious, but I think it would probably taste 100% better if the customer service matched it.I never got greeted at the door, the employee I guess figured I would be fine ordering on the tablet. Once my order was filled, the employee just put my box on the counter and never said anything but a light laugh. Come on, just a little bit of customer service goes a long way.
