I would give them 0 stars if I could. The Hanford branch has the worst customer service. They made me feel like garbage. Rude employees, and they do not care customers. The App said my order was ready, but I had to wait 45 more minutes in the store to get my order ready . The order was wrong, so I drove back to the store to return the wrong order just to be told that I had to wait again the same amount of time as if it were ordered for first time, and if I wanted to get a refund, the refund had to be requested online. There is not an easy way to get a refund online. I do not recomend the Hanford branch and I will never ever buy there again. BTW there is no such thing as customer service online, it is a joke.

I personally love dominos. It just hits home in all the right spots. People need to understand that food places get busy at times, therefore the wait times vary. Just because the lady on the other side of the world, (call center) told you the order will be done in (x) amount of time, doesn’t mean that’s the case 100% of the time. If you really want an accurate time then please don’t hesitate to call and ask like I did. (Hit the number 2 when calling) they informed me of the wait time, and how busy they were. Regardless of how busy it gets, every order is made to order. So it’ll always be hot for you.Parking: Tiny parking lot. Someone needs to get ahold of the parking lot owner and let him know business is poppin’!

So I want start out by saying I’ve had Domino’s from several locations including the one near Grover Beach, CA. And there has been something missing and I found it here at this location in Hanford, ever bite was full with flavor and it felt like each piece melted in my mouth. Keep in mind I made a phone order and it was scheduled to be done in 15 minutes, I didn’t pick up till 45 minutes after I placed order and it was still fire!!! Hands down the best location by far.

Went yesterday for a curb side pick up they stopped my 2 min timer at 15 seconds so that hole 2 mins or free pizza on ur next order thing is a flat out (SCAM) and one again my order tase of onions evan tho none were ordered

I usually do carry out but every time as soon as I press place order, in no less than 5 minutes they have it ready in the oven and another 5 to be ready. Fast and ready to consumed. The workers who bring out the pizza are fast and friendly.
