I have loved this 2nd location. However, some girl named Brianna “shhh” me. She was so disrespectful. I probably won’t be going back to that location for awhile and will just go to the other location.

Prior experiences were good, until this evening at around 5:30pm 2/18/24. Girl took our order rude as can be, also rolling her eyes the whole time, then when our drinks were ready she slams them on the counter.

I never have a problem at this Dutch but today we went to get drinks and for some reason the girl was being rude..at first I didn't think nothing of it, I thought maybe it was me, or she's just busy...but once she called out our order and slammed our drinks down and didn't even make eye contact I knew the problem was her.
REALLY slow... don't come here if you're in a rush... like granny snail

I can't say enough good things about the staff at Dutch Bros on 10 & Fargo in Hanford! Not only do they make fantastic drinks, but they also provide outstanding customer service. Every time I pull up to the drive-thru, they remember my name and my usual order, and they always go the extra mile to make sure it's made just the way I like it. It's the little things like this that really set them apart. I appreciate the personal touch and the effort they make to ensure a great experience every time. Opening day excitement! Great to have a 2nd location in Hanford, especially in my neighborhood. Would have given 5 stars for service but today is the first day and they're working out the kinks.Parking: Small commercial area with 4 large businesses competing for parking. With long lines through the drive thru it's going to be tight.

It was the grand opening and I was very excited to have one closer to my house but we came at about 12pm this afternoon and we ordered are drinks with a woman outside she was unable to figure out the tablet so she asked someone else to take our order the new associate then takes me and my brothers order in separate transactions we both use card and we both tip. We get to the windows and the woman at the window claims we didn't pay we both check are separate bank accounts one being usaa and the other being chase both banks show the transaction with the tip she then still continues to try and claim that we must pay twice even though her side shows the ordered drinks and we both show her are accounts. Right before we almost pull away and never come back she very disrespectfully told my brother that next time she will make us pay twice. I will be driving across town for now on.
