Drinks and customer service are great. But blaring inappropriate music, letting teenagers tweak right outside the customer service window for walk-up orders. It is very classless and very distasteful. Please do better.
Great coffee and containers, gets a bit busy and signed up for the rewards and on my subsequent visit put an order in and paid and wasn't asked about rewards, when I brought it up I was told "oops need to put that in before the order." So if you get the rewards and the person doesn't ask it's on you to tell them, just note that they will ask on occasion as well... so an improvements in consistency of service and standardization is needed. Not a huge deal just was slightly annoyed...read full review
