I gave this place a third chance because the first and the second was the worst I ever had but now because of a friend told me they make good chicken now and I had to go to try it out my self and I have to say I wasn't disappointed it was good like they say hot and fresh now and hope they continue like they are doing good chicken like it's supposed to be hot and fresh ? keep up the good work Pollo loco

We come here for lunch sometimes . The lines are never really long and if there are a few cars you will not be waiting long. The food is good. with the increase of prices you can see a difference in the amount of food that you get. Make sure you double check your order for extra sauces, they tend to forget those.

El Pollo loco a great place to get your grilled chicken.I normally get my fix in Fresno. But this store!!!! ugh!!! it needs to work on its customer service, cleaning the lobby (filthy) and not be so distracted by their cell phones. Terrible!!!! zero stars!!
I absolutamente love this place! The best chicken I’ve had so far! The chicken was nice and juicy, the rice was nice and fluffy and the Mac and cheese was cheesy and creamy! No dry Mac! 10/10Vegetarian options: Replace chicken with extra beans or guacamole or avocado

Was ordering the Dec 1 BOGO CHICKEN Avocado Burrito. Clerk didn't know what buyonegetone code meant. Then manager comes running over to register to say I had to order online, ummm no I don't it says REDEEM IN RESTAURANT ON A BUTTON TO CLICK. Then drive away with 1 dipping sauce for 2 burritos. We had to drive back. Ughhh now the burrito rating: majority beans, Avocado & lettuce with minimal chicken. $9.29 for 1 burrito. Let's just say will not order this in the future !!
