The girl that took my order was rude she was giving attitude for no reason and she was on Instagram while taking my order. One of the other girls was nice tho but the other girl just had an attitude.

Used to work here years ago when customer service was 8/10. Not sure what they are doing during training but certain employees are very rude for no reason? I’m not sure what happened ? food still really good though! That’s why I gave 3 out of 5 stars

Very Friendly and Helpful. The only thing that I would say needs improvement is being reliable. Sometimes they don’t have chicken or even at times don’t have fruit pieces in the drinks.

Ever since the name switched the food is gross and low quality. Bread gross, steak tastes fake, now most recently instead of actual strawberries in the lemonade its just a syrup, very cheap syrup at that. They officially lost a customer!!

I hate that I’m even giving them one star my boyfriend stood there for about 30 minutes the only one in line as the worker made sandwiches mind you that there were two workers neither of them didn’t even bother asking to take my boyfriends order I was sitting watching the whole thing I couldn’t believe it so I told the worker you know that’s pretty rude to have somebody stand here for 30 minutes and not even ask for their order and he said well I have all these orders that doesn’t matter he’s a paying customer ugh very poor customer service I mean if you’re that overwhelmed maybe you need to hire a third worker I don’t know??

This place has really good philly steaks sandwiches which until I tried theirs I never really cared for. So far the service has been great & they are pretty darn quick. Good place, good food, good people.
