I placed an order ordering TWO ASADA NACHOS, not CHICKEN. Not once did I say chicken. I specifically said “can I place an order of 2 asada nachos with guacamole and pico on the side”. When I got there I was given chicken. She was being rude saying I said chicken but I did not. Not only that, she was on the phone taking a catering order. Maybe it could’ve been that she was putting down chicken for the catering order, or she obviously wasn’t listening because she was busy doing something else and misheard wrong. Not only that, but she didn’t want to give me a refund saying they “don’t do refunds”. If you’re having a bad day, don’t work or show and teach your workers customer service rather than trying to argue with someone. Thanks.

Ordered asada fries and the aguachiles rojo. Very disappointed at the price for the aguachiles they were pricey and to able to try it, it was so salty! I spent so much money on something so salty! Called them to try and talk to a manager or someone and they hung up on me. Will not be going there anymore. It’s my go to spot but I’m not trying to waste money on salty unbeatable food.

Worst Mexican seafood I ever had their “Colima cook tail “was nothing but Clamato and the seafood tasted like they bought it straight from the Vallarta cold freezer!!!! Their salsa negra was nothing but spicy bbq sauce hella gross … won’t be back ever again !!!! If I can give it a -5 review I

I decided to give this place a try and was disappointed. First and last time I get food from here. I ordered 2 tostadas de ceviche de camarón and aguachiles, when I got home I saw they gave me ceviche de pescado instead of camarón. Not only that the food has little to no taste.

I always wonder why no one comes to this place on 11th Ave. It's always empty. So I called and I ordered to go . 1 Torta 3 tacos. The tacos I asked if they could fry my tortilla. And if they don't fry to just let me no I will order something else. They said they could fry the tortilla. I told them are you sure, because I don't like the bought taco shell. I wanted my tortilla fry. They said yes.Well I go pick up my order and I end up getting the taco shells from the store. Mine you I told them if it's from the store in a box I will order something else. I end up getting home looking at my order very upset. Then instead of 1 tortilla I look at my receipt and I'm paying for 2 Tortas not one and these dam 3 store bought taco shells. I called talk to the little girl up in the front. Was very rude. I told her what they did. And she said ( oh well , you can choose to go else where if you want.Ya Now I know why no one goes there. Never see no one there. People are very rude. That little girl up in the front needs to get replaced , and they need to just be honest with what they do and don't do . If they have bought the taco shells or make there own fry taco shells. I could of order something else if this very rude little girl didn't get so rude.The owner needs to replace this little girl... Just way to rude. She makes you not want to go back and try something new.Very disappointing
