Terrible customer service place on hold for over 15 minutes I had to call three times back then they took over an hour to deliver my food they didn't even bring any parmesan cheese or peppers that I requested it very unhappy because this is one of my favorite pizza places but was not happy with the service at

I am currently sitting here at this Me n Eds waiting for our pizza. I'm thinking you know? It's not the pizza that's bad. It's the service and I don't mean the staff isn't doing their job. I'm watching them and they're doing the best they can. The problem is how they are cooking the pizzas. You have take out. Delivery and dine in pizzas all being done at the same time. There's no priority on those that are dining in. So you're waiting well over an hour as we are. One gal came in and they told her it would be over an hour and she's already left with her pizza. We have gone well over an hour now and there's no pizza in sight. So again it's how this place is managed. The staff is friendly and doing the best they can and the pizza is pretty good here. The management needs to come up with a better system.

Had some Me & Ed’s Pizza over the weekend in Hanford. I called in for a pick up, went to pick it up only to find out they just barely put my order in?? Whaaa..The guy working could tell I was not mad but, now I gotta wait 20 minutes for it so he nonchalantly slides in, would you like a cold drink while you wait? Now how can I get mad at that!? Nice job dude!?Parking: Kinda tight sometimes, no biggie.

We arrived at approximately 4:30 on a Friday For starters, the salad bar was inadequately stocked..... I had to ask for dressing , no croutons or shredded cheese..... 104 outside ..... and the A/C isn't working
Ordered two people pizzas over three weeks both we at least thirty minutes late with no attempt from the store manager to make it right. I told them to keep both and will not be ordering from them again for a while. If you need timely delivery. ,DO NOT order from this me n eds they are an absolute joke!!
