Just awful expensive I ordered 6 plates one with kao pao chicken double chow mein my chicken was slimy and tasted uncooked. Another plate teriyaki chicken chow mein and rice I did not get no teriyaki sauce nor did they put soy sauce's in my bag. Another plate double orange chicken with rice the flavor of my orange chicken was over spiced I tried mixing it and that did not work. We were in Hanford hospital so this was convenient for us to pick up these 6 plates for the amount of money I paid these simple things should not have been forgotten.

I went in there an hour before closing. No line. They had a ton of employees. Seriously at least 15. Some looked busy. Most were just standing there. I'm standing there waiting for someone to help me. Ignored for a bit until someone finally asked me if I ordered. I said no. They said oh you have to order over there. Why do i have to go over there when nobody else is line and i know what i want. I was standing close to the cash register. I wanted to order and pay at the register. Anyways, So I go over there. A million employess and nobody seemed interested in taking my order so I left. Remember now, I'm the only one in line. There's a gang of employees. HELLO!!! Can I get some service here?!?!

Sadly my food wasn’t good. I ordered on Grubhub for the first time and was highly disappointed especially for the price. Nothing was good. My broccoli and beef looked and smelled bad my broccoli was hardly cooked.My chow mein was very bland, the orange chicken was mostly breaded, like I mean there was hardly any chicken in the orange chicken. Lots of bread nuggets. Maybe I got the bottom of the bag. I’m not sure if it was a bad day for the restaurant but I wasn’t happy at all with my order.

This is the worst place to pick up food delivery from as a driver. Delivery food is supposed to be made first prior to any other orders due to it being paid for already, just as any other pick up order. This place will not help its drivers nor make the food in a timely manner. Nor are they ever considerate in doing so.

The only reason they're getting a four star is because almost every time we go through the drive-thru at least one of our plates has something wrong with it. And there have been multiple times where we order an item that costs extra but when we get to the window they say they don't have it but they're not willing to compensate you for the extra money that you spent.
