They didn't honor a nationwide ad/special on a large any toppings/specialty pizza for $12.99. Their lame excuse is that they aren't franchise. My question then is, then why keep and use their name and likeness? This place could have used the "real" Pizza Hut's special/ad to acquire business.

Goods; i ordered stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, and it was good. Quality and taste was good. Delivery time was reasonable, and the delivery person was friendly. It's pricey for what you get thou. Now for the bad, I also ordered garlic bread sticks. These bread sticks were hard, and seemed to be from like 2 days old. I ate one and immediately was disappointed. I will never order these again, which is disappointing because, come on who doesn't want garlic bread sticks? Pizza hut needs to up their game when it comes to this item. Overall, I rated pizza hut 3 stars because, I believe it's over priced for what you get, quality on bread sticks needs major improvement. In times where everything is expensive they should still keep quality in mind.

The phone service was terrible, the person was extremely rude and disrespectful. She Had an attitude while we were ordering. And body shamed. Cancelled the order and went somewhere else. Not worth anyones time.

My pizza was ready in just 15 minutes! It was hot and super yummy. Entire family enjoyed both pizzas. I had the pepperoni with ham and pineapple ? Will definitely order again.

Asked for a Philly pizza with no onions and the pizza was full of them! Manager was clearly mad that I asked for a replacement and made a pizza that was worst than the first! Very little meat and messy! Cheese and crust was literally stuck to the box!

Ordered a large bbq chicken & pineapple pizza for delivery. Pizza arrived late with no sauce on it. Pizza at its core has three ingredients: dough, cheese, and SAUCE. How does a restaurant chain whose namesake is selling pizza forget SAUCE on a pizza?!?!We called this Pizza Hut to request a replacement for the incorrect order and was told the wait would be 45 minutes on a Sunday night. Nearly an hour wait for the restaurant’s honestly embarrassing error is outrageous. We asked for a store credit instead just to save time after our original order was late and got a $15 credit.So yeah. If you want sauce on your pizza, go elsewhere.

Not a big pizza eater, but walking by the PH next to Arsenio's, I spotted their picture ad for their new "Melts". it caught my eye, so Virginia and I went in for a change of pace to try them. We learned they make four kinds of "Melts" - Meat Lovers; Chicken, Bacon and Parmesan;Buffalo Chicken; and another of which I can't remember the name.Virginia chose the chicken, Bacon & Parmesan, which was served with ranch dressing and I chose the Meat Lovers served with pizza sauce.The Meat Lovers was well named - lots of meat of several kinds wedged between a crisp folded thin pizza crust . Delicious!My wife's was lacking, even stingy, in the amount of chicken it contained, but tasted good and cheesy. Price each was $6.99 and they were of a decent portion. If you like Pizza, these are definitely worth a try. Service was friendly and timely.If star portions were allowed, my rating would be 3.25 based on this one food order and one visit only
