Ethan was the best the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. He made sure we were updated every minute of the order. He made sure our order was accurate and on time. Ethan made sure we left with everything we needed and more!!!! He is a very good worker.

Good food, good drinks if you like chicken fingers and sweet tea it's the place for you.
I found the young counter service help knew how to greet people. He knew the various meals and offered suggestions if a customer was undecided. While it was lunchtime, the service did not slow down. The food was served hot, even the French fries. The atmosphere was nice, and all the customers seemed pleased. Some people took seats outside to enjoy the warm spring-like day.
Good food, enjoyed the small menu and generous amount of food.

Hands down the best canes I've ever been to... and I've been a lot of different canes locations. The staff is on it and the place is squeaky clean. Now for my reason as to why I love this canes so much. I am a caretaker for my two grandparents and we were in Hanford for a dr appointment on a Thursday. I wanted to get lunch with them after and I knew they would love canes for its quality and it was a nice and quick option. We enjoyed our lunch in their dining area and then as we were loading back up into the car, i forgot to grab my grandpas walker and put it in the truck. So I drove off without it and only realized this when we were halfway back to coalinga. I called them immediately and they told me that had it safe in the back of house. I explained to them how we are from coalinga and I would be back in town on Monday and they told me no worries and that they would keep it safe for me. Well they did just that. I am so grateful to them because these walkers are extremely expensive and we had just gotten this one for my grandpa. I always stop at this canes when I am in town and this just quadrupled my love for the Hanford location!

Waited 25 minutes. Watched everyone after us who ordered receive their food. Watched someone get a wrong order, take it and then come back after touching and opening it and return it. Then when we questioned our order being lost they handed us that one and said it was the same thing. " my bad" was the response. Groce and unacceptable customer service. Ridiculous and will NEVER return.
No idea why this location has a 4.2, should be a 4.7-4.9. It is consistent and it is canes, this isn’t a 5 star steakhouse. Food and customer service is always good. No issues, don’t stop yourself from getting great chicken.
