Placed order through the web site for three pizzas and 12 wings. Was told the food would be delivered in 45 minutes. After an hour and a half I gave the store a call and they told me they could not help me until the manager returned. Never received a call from the manager, then received notification that the door dasher was it the store (did not know it was delivered by door dash). Thank god that the door dasher checked the order because they said they did not realize that I ordered wings and had to make them. This is almost 2 hours after I ordered the pizza, so still waiting and I’m sure the pizza will be cold. I’m new to the area and will not order from this location moving forward. For the price of the food I would have expected better customer service.

Decided to try the lunch Buffett. I have to say I was impressed. For the price ($16.08 with tax) for salad, bread twists, pizza and a drink. You would spend more for a fast food combo Salad bar has a good selection and there was a good selection of pizzas on the buffet as well. I would like to recognize Andrew as a really good employe. we walked in and there was a line, tables dirty and can see Andrew taking food out. they definitely seemed short staff but Andrew was getting food out to tables and working register and in between cleaning tables like literally running back and forth. apologized for the wait in line and totally not his fault just short staff and no one complained because he really was working to provide good customer service. some restaurants need more employees like Andrew. the food was good as always.

One of the reasons I've only given three stars instead of five is that the last time I called in an order, a man with a strong accent answered the phone. When I began to give him my order (a meat lover's pizza, without the sausage or salami), he kept asking questions that I didn't understand and didn't seem to even relate to what I had ordered. After several tries, I asked him to let me speak to someone else. The next guy also had a strong accent but at least he got my order right. I've not an ounce of racism in my mind or soul, but a smart manager would never put anyone with a strong accent in a position where his main job was to answer the office or greet the public. Crystal clear and friendly communication should be the top requirements for those jobs. When I got home with my "Meat Lovers" pizza there was no salami or sausage as I had requested, but I was disappointed and ticked off that there was not DOUBLE amounts of the pepperoni and linguica on it. There SHOULD HAVE BEEN because I had paid for FOUR meats, which should be four "portions", two of each kind on it. But it wasn't. So I paid for four meats, but only got two. I could've bought a pizza with two toppings for a LOT less money, so I wasn't happy about that, especially since they are quite expensive to begin with. The time before that when I placed an order for two large pizzas with everything on one of them, with the exception that on the second one I wanted 1/2 of it to be only pepperoni, and four side salads. The astounding total for that was over $100! For pizza and salad?? And with half of one of the pizzas with nothing on it but pepperoni and cheese?? When I objected to the price I was told they could not make a "King Arthur's" (their name for one with everything on it), on only half, and I would have to pay the full price for "King Arthur's" pizza. Baloney!!! There's not one logical reason that can't be done, and I got stuck with paying for more than I ordered. I know prices have gone up on everything, but this is just a rip off and I won't be going back and neither will my friends who were sharing those pizzas with me.

I used to LOVE Round Table Pizza. It was always my go-to pizza and salad bar. Unfortunately this was not the case recently.The salad bar was messy and had different pieces of food in other containers. Raisins were in the croutons container, mushrooms in the olives container, etc. and all of the containers were less than half full, including the dressings, which had pieces of food in it too!The pizza was very light on the sauce and just not delicious like it used to be.The tables were not clean. My friends and I were searching for the less messy table to sit and it wasn't at all crowded when we got there.I would have thought that the staff would have had time to clean up. Perhaps they were shorthanded, but this is an eating establishment.It must be cleaned.I will point out a staff member Ryan, who was very nice and helpful. He helped us decide on the best choice of what to order. We purchased a large pizza, 3 all-you-can-eat salads and 3 beers.. $100+ .. was it worth it?.Getting together with friends is priceless, however, the messy tables, messy salad bar and tasteless pizza, helped us decide that we will not return.
Came back for the lunch buffet and everything was great! Updated my review from 4 stars to 5 stars. Great food and nice workers.

Delicious pizza !! Pizza is a pan crust , with pepperoni, bacon and linguica. The service was amazing , everyone was so friendly ! Food came out real fast and was supaaa hot and tasty ! The restaurant itself was nice and clean ! 10/10 visit !
