Food was missing out of the bagKindly asked for extra ingredients for our nachos and was denied. We were told by the supervisor/manager that their food gets made only the way they serve it so we were expected to eat what they gave us. Sorry but we got our refund instead also the supervisor/manager that was there refused to give us her name for some reason. I'm guessing someone leaving a review is the reason why ?

I went in the restaurant because the drive thur was full of cars. Walked in all the employees were sitting and laying on the counter talking after about 5 long minutes they Finally ask me if I wanted something. Yes that's why I came in. I told them by, that time I was pretty up set and asked to speak with the manager. I seen her she was hiding , never came out to speak with me. I was pissed and just left. F this place and the workers. They all started laughing at me as I left. F'em hahaha

Rude service and took way too long. At least this shift. Sunday @5:10. Just rolled thier eyes and walked away saying nothing when I said I was here for my order. Had no idea what was going on and didnt say a word or a word back when we giving me my food. Guy def had attitude.05.03.23 Lots of standing around. Alot of ppl, not a lot of help. Yelling from one employee to another cuz he didn't hear her.
