I wasn't going to post this, but they left me on read in their DM's. We were kid free, but my husband was hurt so we opted for take out. We hadn't tried the new location yet, because the drive through line was always ridiculous. When I got to the drive through speaker the person was polite but when I asked a question about a menu item the person just said "I don't know it just started here" rather than offering to ask someone else. Next, the price, $13 is a little steep for plain chicken strips with no sides. The food...my husband enjoyed his fries, and the pickles were good (not great). The potato salad was home made tasting which is a plus, but it was super bland. I had clearly requested strips with barbecue sauce on them and I ended up with plain. A drive thru is a nice option, but not if you are messing up orders. It would have been easier for me to check my order had I gone inside, but I shouldn't have to. Overall I'm a little bummed we ended up with this for our kid free dinner. Will we try them again, not sure because we have never had a great experience at an actual brick and mortar store with them. Their food truck is pretty good though.

Today was the last time I will go to Chicken Shack, there 25 piece wings size has decreased by 50% yet being charged the same amount. Not only did it taste refrigerated but they forget my sauces all the time. I was a long time customer that absolutely loved the food there, but today was just unbelievable. After a long day out with my family I come home to eat and was at disbelief. If you are a regular you to shall notice the difference.

They forgot my extra (paid for) ranch. As you can see, they no longer add real chicken tenders to their fries just about a scoop of shredded chicken. Not really happy. For what they’re charging these days, not really worth it.

I do not post reviews but our experience was so poor and Yelp has always treated us right and wanted to warn other Yelpers. Ordered our meal online passing through. Assumed our 10 piece meal came with fries as it was over $25 and would give it a value score of 2/10. The chicken was chewy and would give the meal a 2/10. Gross homeless camp set up out front. Overflowing exterior trash cans, left over meals/packaging and spilled drinks in the parking lot. Bathrooms smelled horrible. Truly disgusting and wish we hadn't preordered our meal so we could have dined elsewhere. Chicken Shack owners and/or managers, please visit your place of business with a your customer hat on and make some changes so others don't come alway with the similar impression.

Great food! Everything on the menu is spectacular. However, a complaint that I've had for a long time is that they run out of Mac n cheese so early and don't do anything to make more. They close at midnight Thursday-Saturday, yet by 6 pm, they're out of Mac n cheese. 6 more hours until they close, and they decide not to make another batch?? Their Mac n cheese is popular for a reason, so why not give the people more instead of just being okay with being out of the Mac n cheese SIX HOURS before closing.

The fingers have shrunk since the last time I came here. The fingers are so small now! 2 of these fingers = 1 of the original fingers. Price has increased and portions are smaller. The fries are good. Next time I might only come back for fries.

This used to be my go-to spot for Chicken FAR AND ABOVE anything that has ever come out of a Chick-Fil-A or KFC kitchen. When they were at the old location I feel like they had better Quality Control. I'm sorry to say that todays visit was the last straw for me.Before I say anything I just want to say thank you for getting rid of that self-serve Kiosk; I absolutely hated using that thing.- Cross Contamination : The gentleman working in the back was not only cooking but he was walking out to the lobby serving tables. He also cleaned the nozzles on the soda machine while wearing the same apron he wore in the prep area, this increases the potential for cross - contamination. This guy had good hustle though, I really do appreciate a hard worker who's busting their butt to get things done. I sincerely hope he's getting the recognition deserved for the effort put in to keep things running smoothly.- Sanitation : The soda machine was not cleaned properly. My friend and I found black specks inside of our cups so we pulled off the nozzles on two different taps to inspect them, we found they were very dirty. The machine might need to be serviced because once the nozzles had been cleaned, my friend went for a refill and still found black specks inside his cup of Sierra Mist.- Food Quality : It seems like the portions on french fries keep getting smaller and smaller also; 2 oz of dipping sauce for 5 pieces of Chicken?? I ordered Chicken Tenders and they were bland. This was my 3rd visit where I've given the Tenders a shot hoping they would be ok and they still weren't. I found them partially battered and falling apart which tells me the cooks probably cut 'em open to make sure they're completely cooked before serving which is appreciated, but a food probe will take care of that for you.- Presentation : Sauce was brought out with dry crust around the rims; I know spills happen when you're pouring into tiny portion cups, but it takes one second to wipe them off before it gets to the table.The staff was friendly, I have no complaints there; even when I brought up the soda situation to the Manager on duty he took care of it as soon as he could.
