These cupcakes are amazing. The wide range of flavors are perfect, you’ll find something for everyone. They are fluffy, soft and so yummy. I’ve ordered dozens of them for parties and they have always been a hit at my events. Everyone that works there is extremely helpful and professional.

Love, love their cupcakes!!! I never liked cupcakes and we were at a car show a few years ago and I saw the truck and thought ok I will check it out and oh my they looked heavenly and so many flavors to choose from. I got 2 and ok I was hooked, they are the best cupcakes I've ever had and fell in love. Her flavor profiles are so wonderful and the fillings, the toppings, decorations are beautiful. Every time I think I have my favorites Dolores has a new flavor and I then have another flavor. I love that she has featured flavors weekly. If the truck is near me and I can go then I'm there. The family is so nice and love what they do and their customers! The only place I will buy cupcakes! My sons are also in love with them. I just can't say enough about this business and the wonderful, delicious, beautiful cupcakes she bakes. Don't miss out, try several flavors you'll fall in love! Thank you Dolores for all your hard work!!! ??❤️?

These cupcakes are wretched. The icing tasted like wax and the cake was just subpar. Would not recommend this place if you have a sweet tooth. You will be disappointed in the flavors and texture of the cupcakes. Plus they small as heck for the price they charge.

I first experienced these amazing cupcakes at a celebration at an HOA and then went over to the mall today and grabbed another six... Since my initial finding are these amazing cupcakes I have sought out several other bakeries purchase cupcakes and while not disappointed they certainly did not have the flare and creaminess and unique flavors that the cupcake route offers... you got it down for these works if art...

Delicious surprise! I just happened across The Cupcake Route truck in Visalia & am now a big fan of them! Their cupcakes were "Cupcake Wars" level worthy! We especially enjoyed their Banana Cream & Rocky Road ones! They even had a strawberry Barbie cupcake! Very creative & I will recommend them to all my acquaintances!

The owner changed her tone to a negative one when she realized that I was taking in Spanish with my mom while we were getting our cupcakes in one of the stops. She was friendlier to other folks who spoke in English. As a Hispanic descent person, she shouldn't have done this and she should not discriminate against anyone for that reason and that was very unprofessional of her to do. But her employees are very friendly to say the least and I am open to do business with them only since I have also been going since there was a physical or in-person bakery/shop. But it’s a delight to have a local bakery inside the mall! I love the variety of cupcake flavors! Very nice touches to them!

I Placed an order through their form on the website. Got a response a few hours later asking a question. I answered and never heard back. I emailed a few more times and never heard back again. I had no idea if the order was actually placed because I didn't pay. I Texted the number the day I need the cake and got a response 7 hours later with sorry did you need the cake this weekend. I said I filled out the form to order a cake online 5 days ago and I needed it today. They never responded after that. Therefore I never got the cake I wanted for my husbands birthday. Horrible communication.
