Bad Service, all employees were hanging around in the front not doing anything, took forever making food and when we got the food it was cold, bathroom dirty, employees had attitude, food wasn’t good.

Came to wingstop last night and ordered I 30 piece wing pack and an all in bundle . The win flavors were hot honey and lemon pepper .. when I got home and opened the wing the “hot honey” wings had no seasoning on them in about 8/30 wings were covered in feathers ! It was so off putting .. if I can see that the chicken is covered in feathers then I know they saw and just decided not to do anything about . Wing stop is wayyy too expensive to serve poor quality food ! The wings were also supposed to be fried hard and they were so flabby by the time I got home and only live about five mins away . A waste of $75 .

Gal at register rung up our order, handed us the receipt and said it be 20-25 mins. When asked why she didn't lead with that information from the start, she stated that she is told by management not to mention the delay until after ringing up orders. Pretty

Ordered the 16.99 deal to go. Wait about an hour before I finally went to the front cashier to see if my order had been called. They couldn't find the order...... manager came to the front and try to find it... no one knows where it went! But I was charged. Finally I was refunded. The order was never found. Offered the whole order for free...on a different day, why would I want to come back and wait half my day again?

Manager in Hanford horrible cheated us out on wings for delivery told us take food back we did but said was in one bag not 2 ? Never going there again

Hit or miss. Waited 10 min for fries they said I was missing. Ate as soon as I got in the car and everything was somehow cold. They need to figure it out.
Service was bad, lack of communication and they missed my whole complete order, when it was to dine in, so I had to wait 2 hrs. Do better. If you want wings on time don’t come here.

I don’t not recommend anyone coming here if you want everything you paid for. I ordered through doordash and the wingstop employees did not pack ranch. I called them and no good enoigh solutions. So I got a refund through doordash (doordash is the only good thing in this) so I thought it’d be a good idea to order ranch on it’s own, again through DoorDash (just 1 ranch, nothing else) they took 20 minutes to prepare a single ranch. This was the most frustrating encounter I have had in any food place. Other food places are way better, nicer, cleaner, and have amazing employees but not this wing stop location. UPDATE: they’re extremely petty too, they put a hand full of straws even though they clearly know I only ordered one drink. I don’t even trust eating this ranch.

Wingstop is absolute garbage. I ordered boneless wings in Cajun and Hickory BBQ. One of the "wings" was literally hard as a rock and inedible. The rest tasted and looked like dried up cat poo covered with goo. The "cooks" also take forever and a day to cook the food. Never again!
