Horrible customer service Sunday octubre 29 at 2:41 pm they don’t have any little container to tested the flavors, once we get our ice cream she keeps in the back so our ice cream was melting, I call her a couple times she ignores me, we ask for strawberries and she said she don’t have any, and she keeps pouring the condiments with a horrible attitude they where used napkins on the chairs we basically drive from Visalia to get our yogurtland here because we used to love the service but no anymore the server was Jannet mija if you don’t love your work quit, and get a job that you love to do.

I come here often and although they have great flavors.. they always have one or two yogurt flavors out of stock all the time. I also had the most rude customer service from Briana. My transaction had not even finished before she simply walked off… we tell them “pour a little bit of this” and they pour a whole damn scoop overflowing… it’s crazy they even have a tip option for that kind of $hitty attitude and terrible service.

The past few times we’ve been have been abysmal. Machines are often broken. Flavors are out. Today there wasn’t even vanilla in stock. They wouldn’t let my kid taste the plain tart to see if she’d like it instead. We actually just walked out to find somewhere else. Sadly, there aren’t many options in Hanford.A few weeks ago, we stopped in and every single machine was out which you can imagine the disappointment on little kids faces who were promised their favorite summer treat!I hope they figure it out and make some improvements soon.

Thank you Emily.. I called today to get the correct name, but shift manager hung up on me.Emily was truly inspiring. She had a genuine attitude helping parents with smaller children last night.She was fantastic.. until her shift manager came out.Won't be going back. The yogurt was below parents, Emily needs to work at a better location... shift manager should have stayed in bathroom.Neither the pistachio or French vanilla tasted decent

They have many great frozen yogurt to choose from especially their toppings. I also love their cup sizes. I’ll be bringing my kids here more often since the weather is getting hot, other then that the employees was super sweet in welcoming.
This evening after a long shift at work, I was helped by Kai. He was friendly, courteous and had a great up beat personality. This store was easy to find and it was clean and inviting. Thanks again Kai.

Went in with my toddler, and I asked for 1 sample of a flavor to make sure she like it, and they refused. Have never been refused samples before. Went to coldstone ahead and employees were more than helpful there.
