“Everything was great from the moment we entered Bruxie. Staff were attentive and answered all of our questions. This location was very clean and the food was excellent. You can tell they use fresh ingredients to prepare everything. Only 4 stars on atmosphere because the lemonade and sweet tea machines need to be cleaned more often. There was a slight odor coming from the pink lemonade side, so I stuck with sweet tea. These old school drink machines (flow fountain dripping from the top) need to be cleaned more often and thoroughly. Despite this minor issue I will be back because everything tasted great!“

“I ordered the 2 piece combo you get 1 side and choice of role or some type of sweet bread with powdered sugar. I opted for the roll and spicy rice. It was truly delicious, hot and reasonably priced. The rice was cooked to perfection and spicy good with chicken in it. The only thing is a lady in a wheelchair was in there begging for money. These establishments need to run them out.“

“This place is my jam - good food at a good price. I got the pork belly dosirak (basically a bento box). I love having a lot of different options to try in a meal so I was so happy to see this was an option! The pork belly was cooked to perfection and seasoned very well - I barely had to use the sauce they gave for it on the side. We also got the rice cakes, I definitely recommend those too. What really takes this to a 5 star is the warm friendly service from everyone who works there as well as the nice touches such as free instant coffee if you dine in! I can't wait to return. They also have a punch card reward program so you can claim some free food as a loyal customer.“

“A nice and affordable place that sells very good protein bowls for $6-8! The chicken Katsu is very flavorful and it comes with a decent serving compared to the price. The Katsu plate is $4-5 increase compared to the bowl and includes a decent scoop of Mac salad and salad. Interior was fairly clean and there was no issues with parking. “Today I was craving wings and this was the nearest restaurant to my job. I am not your typical chicken lover if I don't crave it then I don't want it. I came in during lunch hour and got the lunch special. The wings were very meaty and extra crunchy. It was flavored perfectly with the secret sauce. “If you like El Pollo Loco, Juan Pollo, or Charo Chicken then you'll love El Pollo Dorado which imo tastes far better than the others. Their mini pack meal is around $19 for a whole chicken cut into 6 pieces, with 8 oz sides of rice, beans, and potato salad plus your choice of mild or hot salsa and tortillas. Everything my gf and I have tried has been incredible in 2 weeks we've been back twice“

“After visiting a VW show in Long Beach and showing homes in the South Bay we wanted some genuine Filipino food and this smaller restaurant was rated as one of the best... for a good reason. Michelle is an awesome host, very talkative and informative. My mother-in-law was born and raised in Pampanga and the roots of the restaurant are Pampangan as well. Sisig and Silog were very nice, halo halo a welcome palette cleanser. Parking was not difficult, even though we arrived at around 1pm on a Saturday. 10/10, highly recommended!“

The pricing has been increasing, but the food portion and quality are about the same, and it's around 16 to 20$ a plate currently.The place has little parking up front and a small eating area, so I highly recommend phoning in the order and picking it up to go. “Lovely, polite service, absolutely delicious chicken - We ordered the Golden Original which has this light, crispy, flakey coating that is amazing (husband polished it off), and the Secret Sauce which was equally amazing - I had to hide my left overs in the fridge and i ate it cold, and it was still crunchy and delish! the chicken is perfectly tender and juicy. This aint fast food so it takes a few minutes to prepare, boy was it worth it! Can't wait to try the other offerings. It's small, I think most people get the food to go, but it's a very clean place. If I had to give them advise, it's that it's hard to tell by looking in the window whether they are open.“

“I live in Gardena but I tried FyreBirds for the first time today April 9th 2024. And I didn't realize they have a little patio in the back of their restaurant. Well from the suggestion from the staff I tried a barbecue slider and their fried pickles I was suggested to try it with a barbecue sauce I try to have the barbecue sauce and I bought an extra sauce which was ranch. The slider was a great size She asked if I wanted everything and it comes with like whatever sauce you pick pickles and ranch and coleslaw on it. For one slider it was 4.50 but it was worth it and the fried pickles it's enough to serve four people I believe unless like you want to eat it all yourself but they give enough pickles that you can share with people and it comes with one dipping sauce and it was 5.50. I think that if you haven't tried this place it's on the corner of Crenshaw and Manhattan Beach boulevard in a little plaza tucked away in the corner but it's a great spot especially the patio I believe that you can ask them if you can have maybe a party in the back. “Hubby and I were craving for Korean fried chicken and searched up places on Ubereats to try. We were sold on this one and placed an order for golden original and spicy golden original. The chicken was yum and super crispy! I highly recommend their spicy golden chicken. My eldest doesn't eat spicy food but she said the flavor was too good and would suffer through heat haha. Food also came with pickled radish. Highly recommend giving this spot a try.“

It was a very hot day, I forgot to order water or anything to drink, the owner gave me a cold water bottle before leaving and said “it’s a very hot day outside, have some water”. “The good: I had been craving fried chicken for 3 days but felt guilty about ordering it. I caved today and ordered some for a backyard picnic. I got the half order of bone-in pepper fried chicken for $20 thru delivery. It came with around 8 pieces. The chicken was hot, tender, juicy, and crunchy. I liked that it wasn't too salty, oily, or sweet. I liked the vented cardboard box it came in and how it was sturdier than KFC boxes. The pickled radish that came with it was sweet and crunchy. I definitely want to try their other flavors now. You can choose boneless options as well. The bad: The pepper wings seemed to have curry powder on it. It was a nice flavor but not what I expected. I would prefer it without it. It's a bit pricier than I expected. The interesting: I had a hankering for fried Korean chicken after watching the Try Guys' YouTube video on eating bb.q Chicken. They said pepper was their favorite so I ordered just that. The pepper wings look super peppery but don't taste as spicy as they look.“

First off the food was amazing (it always is) and also Nick M was working the register today and he's got the best attitude in the world.
