The Philly cheese steak sandwich is good and the wings are good to. My problem is that employees can't follow instructions I've asked for my wings cooked a little longer and they don't do it I also like my wings with a little Xtra sauce and they give them to me dry it's the the first time this happens I come to this location because is the closest to me otherwise I'll try I different location. Please make sure your employees listen and pay attention to the customer and how they would like they order.
I've been to pretty much all the American delis and this one is by far the most pathetic ordered lemon pepper wings they had absolutely no seasoning.

Went here today and was told that a combo doesn't come with a drink. I've been patronizing American deli for years and only at this location things are different. I even called my favorite location and their combo come with a drink. I would not visit this location even again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Both times I've ordered from this place they give me rotten cheese. They never answer the phone and when I went back to let them know, the girl was so rude she accused me of lying even though the cheese smelled like a foot and said that's how cheese is supposed to smell. Obviously that's never how shredded cheese is supposed to smell. They then proceeded to call the owner which agreed that that's just how the salad smells. Please don't waste your time going to this disgusting establishment. They serve rotten food and don't know ONE THING about customer service.

The service was very well and lady behind the counter was very helpful! I ordered the lemon pepper sprinkle wings with some fries and a drink and the wings really good but the fries were delicious! First time trying this location and will definitely be going to this one from now on!
