Don't be fooled by their constant TV Ads. It's nothing further from true.The food here is disaster. Meat is always foul-smelling, and is always chewy, so bad always with half of it inedible. Beans are just out of the plastic bags. Rice is very low quality. Salsa is tasteless.Always short staffed. Just a few people in the line, with waiting time of 20 minutes.It appears that one of the qualifications to work at this place is to be immature kid with no sense of responsibility, and have tattoos and rings in the nose up to your A , , .You never see same person twice.

Walked in about 7:00 pm. Prompt service. Went to sit down and could only find two clean tables in the dining room. Garbage cans were overflowing. The food was good, but the dining room was a travesty. If you think about it, if they fail at cleaning the dining room should I be worried if they clean the kitchen?

Love chipotle but this particular restaurant is always out of something whether it's chips, guac, cups, etc. I have even been here once where they were out of tortillas.
