Horrible customer service I ordered two hot coffees. They gave me iced coffee. I pulled up to the window and let them know. I ordered hot. The ticket showed that it was a hot coffee. They asked me to pull up no direction at all just said pull up. I'm waiting for the coffee I don't say or act upset because they got my word wrong. The young African-American guy literally yells at me to pull up. The girl lady was there with my order? They need to give clear direction, not even an apology I told the lady that the service was horrible and I should at least get an apology. It was very disrespectful. I will never come back to this Dunkin again dunkin' Donuts because I won gift cards at Coachella now I know why they're giving them out for free . I get it you're unhappy with the job choice you made but you filled out the application not me.

I'm not sure what the vibe is in the morning on the weekends but it's obvious that whoever takes orders from the drive-thru does not want to be there. No greeting, pretty much just "let me know when you're ready. Is that it? pull forward. money? great, here." That was the summary of our full exchange. Really disappointing because I was super excited for DD to come to Hawthorne. I've been a couple times and have NEVER had a pleasant experience. If I had to guess (from all the other reviews talking about the same person), owning a DD franchise is probably not what the owner thought it would be but is actually long hours and working with the public. That's not the "dream" so customers have to deal with bad attitudes and half-trained employees. Do better.

The worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. The food was absolutely disgusting we had to spit it out because the bacon wasn't cooked properly and everything was dry and stale. The girl running the drive-thru had an attitude and didn't look like she wanted to be there and she forgot my donuts and messed up my order. The coffee was the only decent thing but for the price I could make it at home.

Originally from New England, Dunkin is a part of me. I had their hazelnut white chocolate bark iced coffee, which was refreshing and a glazed donut. I personally love their glazed donut. I would say the drive -tru is on Rosecrans, so during peak traffic, it can be hard to exit.

Welll... i went back this morning to try and see if they can redeem themselves but nope. It was almost 11:00am and one car in front of me. I ordered frozen coffee, which was good & a breakfast bagel with, egg, cheese, bacon. It was ok, I went home and toasted the bagel myself which helped it. Side note I don't like their hash browns ( I think it's the seasoning)? But it wasn't burnt! The donuts I was really disappointed again. I told the employee I want 25 munchkins all chocolate and a few powdered sugar and this is what I got? I don't like all of these.

Came here multiple times. I like it cuz it's one of the ones that closes later. Even though you order from a screen, the workers do offer to take your order if they aren't too busy.

Dropped off my kids nearby and after decided to drop by the local Dunkin to see what they have to offer and got greeted with a warm hi welcome when entering then ordered a small hot coffee and added a donut and i must say it really brightened up my morning and elevated my mood. The lobby was kept clean and really gave off a relax and enjoy your food vibe to it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone passing by!

Despite it was only 3 employees working they Really have great customer service and really good food everyone is so nice and very patient. Best almond milk chai latte they made it to the right taste. Always welcoming once the door opens
