Horrible Even on the app to pick up the made me pay first then I get there n they say it's a problem on there end n I had to wait 1 hr to get my money back plus left with no food. Then I ask for a manager and the manager don't know nothing how r u a manager

The website says it’s open 24 hours but I ordered on doordash and my dasher tells me they’re closed? It doesn’t make sense. They should fix the hours online.

The day of today 01-25-2024 at 7:30pm I have requested a premium roast coffee REFILL pure clear water with a little coffe like they washed the coffe pot ajajaja in this mcdonald rosecrans & yukon Hawthorne the EE should considera that we are providing a sales at the to the company the customer must be treated like the first purchase not because is a refill should be treated like that...thanks Hector Guido

This place can never get it together! It’s always closed for various reasons when I pull up. So unreliable. Online ordering unreliable. You have to wait 30 minutes for the order to cancel if you can’t pick it up. You can’t use the promo code you used at another store because the 15 minutes thing but you never got the meal from the store so now you pay full price at another mcdMcDonald . One moment I m your order is canceled next moment it’s not. Like leave me alone and just let me leave l I hate yall lmaooo

I paid for a large combo Big Mac meal via drive thru, I got a regular size. I was disappointed because I wanted the fries more than the Big Mac.

--UPDATE --The staff did honor the items that were wrong in my previous order and it went smoothly. I appreciate they took responsibility and made things right. So I have updated my rating to 5 stars.-----------This is a pretty good location. It is a newer one so it is the current style of McDonald’s exterior and interior. I have been a fan of the McD app lately. There are deals that you can use through the app. Some are really good deals and they also pick some deals based on what you buy. Another thing I like is you can order and pay through it and you have choices to pick up. You can go in store, or curbside if you park in designated spots or you can pick up in drive through. Best part is it is touchless. I have had no issues with food quality or service at this location up until now. I used the app and went through the drive through during lunch time. I had special instructions on a burger for my son. That burger had a problem, it had no patty. I didn’t know until I got home. My son was disappointed for sure. Not sure how this happens, he just asked for no onions. The good part is that when I called to let them know I received very good customer service and was given a fair compensation for the error. I have to go back to get the compensation but am pretty confident they will honor it. May change stars if it goes right.
