My recent experience at Oscar Restaurant left much to be desired. I specifically requested teriyaki chicken without sauce and a pancake with scrambled eggs and bacon at breakfast. Unfortunately, the service began on a sour note with the old waiter displaying impatience and a noticeable attitude. The rice served was disappointingly undercooked, and to make matters worse, the scrambled eggs lacked salt, resulting in a bland taste.The real letdown, however, was the teriyaki chicken. It was evident that the chicken was neither well-cooked nor properly boiled, rendering it nearly inedible. The overall quality of the meal did not justify the cost, leaving us feeling like we wasted our money.To add insult to injury, the aged waiter's persistent attitude throughout the meal detracted from any potential positive aspects of the dining experience. It's unfortunate when such factors overshadow the potential enjoyment of a meal. In light of this experience, I find it challenging to recommend Oscar Restaurant to others.

We ate a late dinner there, food was very good! Was difficult to enjoy your meal because the music was really loud, stuffed my ears with tissue and still my ears hurt with the loud music. We were going to dance but my ears started to ache!

Went to the bar to have drinks, but the service was horrible. The bartender didn't greet us and asked what me and my husband and I wanted to drink after a good 15 to 20 minutes of us being there. Worst, customer service will never go back there again .

Based on El Segundo recommendations, we decided to give Oscars a try. Their garage parking is sketchy af, so park out front, if possible. The inside is a bit of a dive, which some may like. It wasn't a turn off to us bc, hey, many dives have the best food. The first thing I tried ordering was their Fried Calamari, which they were out of - no big deal. I then ordered their club sandwich (which they did have). My DH ordered their Herb Roasted Chicken, which they no longer offer bc "not enough people were ordering it." We decided not to stick around for a strike three. I'm not opposed to giving them a try again bc their sandwiches do look hella good. We just weren't in the mood to play 20 Questions with what they did & did not have.

This place has eclectic charm, it's older, a bit shabby, but the food was absolutely amazing! Fresh and beautiful and totally delicious! And the prices are unbelievably low. Total recommend
