I absolutely can’t stand when I see people on their phone and they just leave me standing there. I also can’t stand when they just stare at me. Not even a hi. It’s just so rude and makes me feel like I’m bothering you when I’m just trying to pick up some food. This has happened twice with two different employees. The food is fresh and they mostly get it right so I think I will come back since I don’t get pizza often and hopefully it will be a different employee
The food was hot, fresh, delicious, prepared just right, the way my wife and i like it and in a very timely manner. The gentleman at the counter was also the cook. I was having problems redeeming my rewards on my cell phone. He was kind enough to assist me with redeeming my rewards so i could order boneless wings. Many thanks sir. Excellent customer service.
