This is the most disrespectful place I have ever dealt with before. I had an order delivery that I got off of the app and not only did they get my order wrong but I open one of my pizzas and all of the toppings are on 1 side of the box, not even on the pizza. So I'm trying to call to resolve it. I call, I wait for all of their communications to go through and they're talking about all this stuff by a digital person and then somebody picks up the phone and I say hi hello and they hang up in my face. So I call back and I say, Hey, did you just hang up with my face? The first thing the person says is no I didn't. And I said OK and I'm trying to go into how my order is wrong and the same person starts stating why they hung up!?! DONE...NEVER AGAIN!!!!

By far the worst pizza ordering experience I ever had. I felt like I was being pranked. How you mess up an order TWICE, is beyond me. And then have the nerve to have horrible customer service to top it off.Imagine ordering a simple two topping pizza for delivery. Not only do they charge you $10 for delivery and service fee's but then they deliver the pizza with the wrong toppings that you're allergic to. Obviously you will be upset and demand a refund right? But after speaking to two associates (put on hold for over 5 minutes) and getting to speak to a manager that states company policy is to RETURN the pizza to the store in order to get a full refund.After reading the rest of the reviews I realized that this is just the way this store conducts business.

I had a long strand of hair in my food that's so nasty and gross it's so much going on in this world ugh!!!! SMH I throw away my food and I feel so sick to my stomach!!

The worst management. Ordered a pizza online. Waited a half hour and it showed as processed. Hour later realized it's not coming because it was ordered 30mins before closing. No phone call, no warning. The charge showed on my bank statement so I called the owner Luissa three days later. She argues that it takes 7 business days to get my funds back!!

Monica is the worse. Big L walking. She doesn't like to give refunds out for untouched pizza. Asked for refund she refused to give me it in its entirety. So I did what I had to do. Do not come to this location if you are having a good day. After reading reviews her name is Louisa, she's a liar.

Completely disappointed I order a family box and one of my pizza was uncooked. I spend over $50, and my BBQ chicken pizza was not completely cooked. They need to make sure there employees are doing their job correctly.
