I decided to finally do a review because I’m sick of them serving nasty hard cold chicken and cold fries ! I went in to the location at 14312 Prairie Ave Hawthorne, I told the girl taking my order I will wait for fresh cooked chicken and fries, she still serve me hard cold nasty chicken and fries I got sick from eating this food my stomach and head started hurting and I know it’s from the food because it’s the only food I had to eat today . I’m tired of them taking our money and serving crop cold hard food !

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Popeyes. I placed an order through Ubereats, but to my dismay, my order was given to someone other than my assigned Ubereats driver. When I realized the mistake, I immediately reached out to Popeyes to request a resolution and have my order re-rendered. However, I was met with refusal and a lack of willingness to rectify the situation.This incident left me feeling frustrated and let down by both Popeyes and Ubereats. As a customer, I expect my order to be handled with care and delivered to the right person. Mistakes can happen, but it is how a company handles these mistakes that truly matters.In this case, Popeyes failed to take responsibility for their error and refused to correct it. This not only reflects poorly on their customer service, but also shows a lack of concern for customer satisfaction. This would have been a great opportunity for Popeyes to show their commitment to customer service and make things right. Customer experience was terrible did a mobile order and ask was my order ready she said 5mins okay it took 15mins to receive my order! A chicken sandwich. But she never check to see was it ready until I ask again when people came in after me and got there order!
