Avoid this place at all costs. 4.1 stars is now my new minimum rating for Taco Bell as this place failed miserably. Not only do they not get my order right the second time but they failed to make it right the third time. I'm so done with this place.

Clean location and polite service. Just always make sure to check your bags before leaving. On several occasions they have forgotten to add the napkins or straws or hot sauce after requesting them.
Food has declined. The tacos are cracked and stuck to the paper. The chalupas are tough as leather, cold, and no longer an option for me. I have been very disappointed in this location. This has been an opinion over my last 3 visits.I have now visited the taco bell on crenshaw near redondo beach blvd.

I order a big order on uber due to being sick. But when I got the order, the bag was sealed, but no napkins or sauce for my items. When I called they said to complain to uber. Taco bell needs to put more attention to uner orders.

Gave me the wrong order and when I wanted to give the food back and asked for a refund, the manager instead wanted to argue with me about what I asked for. I’ve worked in customer service for years. That’s the incredibly wrong way to do it. Never coming back here.

I stood at the counter for at least 5 min. B4 the drive thru girl acknowledged me, and to be honest she looked over my way many times but not a word. To be even more honest the only reason she called the cashier to the front on the drive thru headset was bc she seen me reach for my phone five min. Later...Not to mention my order was missing taco.. but I must say the food was great, fresh and tasty.Acknowledging a customer is EVERYTHING.
