I haven't been to Taco ? Bell ? in quite a while, but was pleasantly surprised. I was reminded of the restaurant of my childhood, but with a major facelift and much broader menu. Delicioso!

I love going through the drive thru at night because the lady who serves is super friendly, she takes great care of you and makes you want to always shop at this same place.

They put me on hold in a drive-through line that had no one in it for five minutes. That type of service is ridiculous.

Went to visit here for my lunch at 8:55 and the staff said they would open in 6 minutes. Why does their hours online and the door say open at 8? These workers are very irresponsible with time management and someone needs to look into why they were supposed to be open an hour ago with no one inside or trying to hide to avoid the customers waiting outside.
Worst experience ever. Walking in, the place wreaked with bad smell of homeless people and there were a few shady customers inside. Try to order but got totally ignored, not even a I'll be right with you. Walked out.

I placed a mobile order and I gave my first name and nobody understood what I was saying, like I was talking backwards or something. The worker at the window had to get a manager who also didn't know what I was talking about so I gave the manager the name on my app and they gave me the order, still confused as to what I was asking. I asked "was it under the first name or the last name?" And the manager got an attitude and said "you got your order now what". Very disrespectful, all I asked was a simple question but it seems like no one understands English or something here. I asked for an apology and they ignored me at the window so I came in to have a regular civilized conversation and the "manager" STILL had an attitude. At the end she gave me a fake apology and I left. The customer service NEEDS to get better as far as the females because I come here all the time and the guys never have an attitude like the women there.
