Amy's is HANDS DOWN the best restaurant in all of California. I've gone here countless times, and have always had impeccable service and food. Good variety of food, without complicating the menu. The omelettes are to die for. The chicken sandwich is massive and amazingly delicious. The food is hot, fresh and tastes just wonderful. Amy is always so sweet, and her staff is attentive. I will always come here as often as I can! Thank you, Amy!

Not sure why this place isn't five stars with 10k reviews, because it certainly should be.Amazing food, great service, easy parking. This is my FAVORITE place to get breakfast in the Bay.

The food here is good, and perfectly cooked. I've searched years for a diner capable of serving crispy hash browns and cottage fries.FYI: This is good, classic, old-fashioned home cooking. The seasoning is minimal and designed to enhance the flavor of the food. If, like the one-star review below, you are accustomed to eating at places like IHOP, which over-sweeten and over season the food, then this is not the place for you.One warning for those who come in lonely and needing someone to talk to ... the employees get a little squirrelly if you try and talk with them much, which does affect my desire to return. But this is most definitely a place everyone should try at least once.

We have been coming to Amy's for years. She cooks up the best breakfast in the area. She is such a wonderful person and the people who work with her are also all nice. Her Chicken fried steak breakfast is killer. That's my favorite thing. I also like the corn beef hash. My wife loves the French toast and their omelettes. Oh and her Western burger is really good as well.

Amy’s is a cozy place, with great service and okay food. It’s simple and similar to what you could make at home in a rush. I had the veggies with cheese omelette with hash browns. It was okay something would make at home eholdd we I’m trying to rush out the door. My wife had the mushroom melt and it felt the same. The garlic fries were mushy, no crispness. Our waitress was fantastic though. You won’t remember this place for the food. If I could I’d give it 2.5 stars. It feels like the chef is bored and it shows in the food.Limited veggie options. They ran out of the veggie patty at 10 AM.

Table wait times can be on the longer side, the food options and their taste is well worth it! All the dishes we tried were delicious and made to perfection. We tried a few types of specialty omelets and they were all good. My favorite was the California avocado florentine eggs. The waffles as desserts would have to wait for our next trip, the milkshake was that good. Highly recommend!

It's a very average breakfast cafe, the seating is worse then average but come here if you want a normal breakfast.
