Today at on my lunch I came to auntie Anne's to grab me a bite to eat. There was only one guy standing at the counter and he seemed he have already ordered so I was waiting for someone to greet me or help me or something and no one acknowledged me two other Mexican ladies came up and they instantly took their order and I said oh the line is over there because I was next and one other lady all she did was say oh sorry but no one still proceed to accommodate me or help me.

Tha food and drinks were great like always, but the customer service is a different story. I'm not sure if the young girl at the register was new, but it was a pretty awkward interaction. They used to have combo options and when I asked about it, she told me to give her a second, went to talk to someone, came back to the register with a blank stare in her face and just said ok. I proceeded to ask ok, yes I can order a combo and she says yes. No option, sizes or prices. Their customer service definitely needs help.

So rude employee! I will never ever dare to get even near this location . Just wanted to ask re price on an item before I'll buy it , I said , pointing on the hotdog sandwich if the price is the one posted on their menu on the wall. It will just be a yes or no but she told me to go in line. I need to know before I go in line to buy.

I ordered a jalapeño PRETZEL and Leticia was about to give me a jalapeño hot dog. I said that was not what I wanted. She said I said hot dog. Which is NOT what I said. I don’t even eat hot dogs ?. Where it went wrong was her tossing the receipt at me. I work in the mall so I’m always at auntie Annie’s but nothin like this happened to me before now. I still was polite when I could’ve started acting up.

I was so excited and happy to try auntie Anne again, since forever ago. The line wasn't too bad, but I was disappointed that it was burnt on the bottom. It was $6 each and I bought 2, my friend didn't finish his. It was good, until I tasted the burnt part and try to peel off all the burnt part by hand. I will not be returning to this long line in the future.

Charged me for pepperoni pretzel bites instead of regular in an attempt to overcharge me. When I caught it they refused to give me the cash for the first charge claiming they can’t because “I paid with card” and said I must wait at least two days for any kind of refund to my bank. tries to overcharge. Don’t trust this place with any debit or credit card. Cash only.

I needed a snack and decided to stop here. I ordered the pizza bites and the hot salsa. I was debating on what to get as the big pretzels looked a little over cooked. The lady said everything was fresh. My pizza bites were so greasy and overcooked. I usually am a big fan of auntie anne's but these werent good at all.
