This is going to be our new go-to Chinese place. They have BEST sweet and sour pork I've ever had. They are very generous with the servings they give. The chow mein noodles were delicious, and the garlic noodles were especially yummy. I also like that the Kung Pao chicken came with plenty of veggies in it as well. Everything was top notch and some of the best Chinese food we've had in years. They were super super friendly and gave us some delicious sesame buns on the house. We'll definitely be going back soon.
Super yummy food! Such a hidden gem in Hayward very close to CSUEB and super convenient. They were quick and the food was super satisfying!

To start off, I would give this place a 3.5/5. Main reason is the sweet and sour pork doesn't have that fresh taste to it. When my order was ready, the plate was very hot, and as I bit into the sweet and sour pork it was a little crispy but almost had a somewhat frozen texture that is hard to describe. The onions and bell peppers also had this frozen texture as it was hard and not really soft and grilled. The sauce is okay and the rice was also okay. However, the portion is huge and definitely filled me up. Employees are also very friendly and attentive.

China Best is ok. Nothing to write home about. I just wish the food was more tasty. Had asked for Popcorn Chicken in the order which was listed on Door Dash and they said they did not have it. They do give generous portions of food on what you order for delivery. I had specifically ordered popcorn chicken because another place that I got it from is closing down. I feel if an item is not available the management should remove the item from the menu so it cannot be ordered.

This place been around for ages. I remember trying them a few times years ago and didn't think they were that great. Recently started coming again and stuff actually tastes good. Certain things that is. I got some kind of noodle soup and it was bland. Kung pao chicken, Mongolian beef, ma po tofu modified to have pork in it were all pretty good. The lady is always nice so that's a plus. I look forward to trying more things.

What a great value for good Chinese food. Coming from LA, I was pleased with the quality of the cooking and the fair prices. We ordered the walnut shrimp, the eggplant, dumplings, beef and broccoli, salt and pepper pork chops, wings, some chow mein and fried rice. Our group finished all the food there. They help set up a larger table for us, and the waitress was super nice. We did our best to order in Cantonese, which I think she found endearing.

I was craving chineese food and this place did not disappoint! The chicken was crispy on the outside and soft in the center, the salt and pepper pork was made perfect and everything on my plate was so flavorful. The portions of the dish were nice and big, definitely had to get a to-go box. Keeping this place in mind to return.

Stopped by here on way home to pick up soup. Ordered egg flower with chicken. Mild in flavor but generous with the chicken. Staff spoke limited English so I just pointed on the menu what I wanted. Very kind staff . Portion not as large as other restaurants.

I used to go here all the time, but since moving to San Jose, rarely get the chance. I'm originally from Hayward and we would drive up the hill to eat at this place since the staff is really nice and the owners are also nice. The food is good and decently pricedand their chicken is tasty. Recommend a visit.
