There was no place to give you (Black Bear) a review on your desserts (is that considered 'FOOD"? Therefore, I had to come to this part of the site to remark how awful your almond bear claw was at this location. It tasted stale and not soft at all and because of that wasn't tasty . It seemed hard and cold when I got it, but thought it would get real soft in the car, but it didn't. I was very disappointed.Definitely wasn't worth the $8.50, I paid for it.

We came here to dine in for breakfast as a family we always enjoy coming to eat here the food is always so good & the service as well my fave meal is the chicken pesto penne sooo delicious creamy & flavorful such a huge portion a lot of meals are pretty plentiful my kids love the sweet warm cornbread muffin super yummy this is the perfect dine in for families w good service

The food was good. I'm not sure if something was going on with our server, Vaisana, but she was rude to us the entire time. She didn't look at us at all even while taking our order or dropping things off. When she dropped stuff off she tossed it on the table and left. We had a hard time trying to get her attention to get stuff. Overall I wouldn't come back.Take this as a grain of salt. I'm sure other people had a wonderful time, but wanted to voice my experience.

This is one of my favorite places to take my young niece to eat. For starters the kids meal is free with a regular entree. The food always comes quickly and the service is always good. Black Bear is known for their large portions and variety.

They have a good menu but what always happens to me is that they serve cold food and it is not the fault of the employees, what happens is that the place fills up and they have very few staff. There was only one waiter serving that day and a man who collected the plates.

March 2024. My father and I went out to breakfast for my birthday. It was on a Sunday and neither of us thought about how busy the restaurant might be. It was right after the church rush, I know because I was leaving church myself. My dad got there about 5 or 10 minutes before me and since there was only two of us it didn't take us long to get a table. The food was absolutely delicious ! Don't remember what I got but my father got steak and eggs and he said it was great as well. He also liked the coffee.Parking: The parking lot is not large at all! And there's no parking outside of the restaurant as there are other establishments around it and the street! Especially for Sunday evenings and afternoons. I highly recommend getting there early or just taking an Uber to get to this restaurant.

Worst service ever.. never received even a glass of water. I Never even talked to a waiter. They literally walked passed me for over 30 minutes. Several people that came in after me was served an waited on . Spoke to the manager about there service an didn't even get apology. I guess my money wasn't welcome there..
