I waited in line at the drive thru for quite some time for a response from someone. I even spoke up to grab the attendant's attention after waiting a little while longer, since I thought they were quite busy. At this point, the car in front of me had already moved up far enough that it was next to get their food. I assumed the speaker at the menu board was broken and everyone was getting their orders taken at the window. It came as a surprise that the attendant was charging me like I had placed an order. I explained I didn't hear anyone and tried getting someone's attention and tried to place an order at the window; the only response from the attendant was "uh we have a line." At the risk of losing my cool I decided to leave. No attempt of any accommodation whatsoever.

Shut this place down! Not only is (or was) there sewage water in the food prep area, but when employees called out unsafe food safety & working conditions, higher ups prioritized firing whistleblowers and continuing bu$ine$$ before the safety of employees or consumers. I repeat: SEWAGE

Ordered a garden salad . The lettuce was not the regular lettuce Jack in The Box usually uses. This lettuce looked like the lettuce they use for the tacos. It was nasty. I ended up only eating the chicken. I went back to the drive thru to order something else as I wasn't full and I told the employee and she didn't even seem to care. This place quality and service has gone down hill in the last 3 to 4 years. I believe someone bought this place around that time and the food sucks now.

Even though I was the only person at the drive thru, they wouldn't let me stay at the window to get my food, insisting I drive around to the front of the restaurant for them to bring my food to me, and there are homeless people who harass pedestrians and drivers there. The curly fries and burgers were already cold less than ten minutes later, and the shake I ordered was very melted by then as well.

I've been coming here for years and the food is always good and consistent. Service and prices are good. My favorites are the bacon ultimate cheeseburger on sourdough bread, the extreme sausage sandwich and Jack's spicy chicken sandwich! I also like the fact they have a big menu a variety of food to choose from.
