I was born in Hayward and grew up here. We used to come here and get pizza all the time from this place and it was always really good. It’s been at least 17-18 years since I got pizza from here, but wow it hasn’t changed at all.

Ordered online and everything was perfect. Combination pizza was delicious and my family had no complaints. Delivery driver was pleasant and pizza was delivered hot and intact.

ZERO STAR REVIEW HONESTLY I been a customer for a long time and I found this in my food when in to tell them n all they said was they can give me a small pizza like really I would not want a nother pizza after I found this on my pizza I asked for my refund n they said they could not give me my refund ridiculous I am so angry as my daughter could of choke in this never again eating here

Came here for second time. Neither time was a good experience. The person taking the order wasn't paying attention and there was zero customer service. No hello or anything. Ambiance was dead, the carpet was clean but looked dirty. I ordered a large and was told it would be ready in 15 mins. The wait was much much longer. I had to pay tip ever though it was not delivered. The first time it was delivered and the guy demanded I tip again even tough I had tipped while paying online. The food itself was horrible. Their margherita pizza didn't have mozzarella or fresh basil. The dried basil they use burns while cooking. Domino's has better pizza!

Went there recently with family. The food (pizza) was amazingly delicious! Several Years ago (under a different management) it was ok, but was told give it a new try. We were not disappointed at the food! Service was great, albeit no servers , but the staff are courteous and professional. To be specific, Farid was awesome and provided outstanding customer service and so were to the two you ladies attending the register/reception.
I called them to find out if there pizza is halal not Zabiha certified but Harris Ranch halal. Do your homework before you go.

I have been a huge fan of this place since 2019. But over the last year I continue to be disappointed. We get the all meat pizza and have loved the amount of meat you get. But every time we go the amount of meat is getting less and less and the price has gone up. I get charged a different price each time. In fact we had a slice this last time that had no meat on it. Another favorite there has been the lasagna but they changed something with that too. We always have gotten it to go, due to large groups in there eating. But the last few times no one has been in there.

Food is great! Service is great ! Ambiance could be improved. The staff are friendly and helpful. I don't know if they had a customer bathroom to wash hands. That is needed (if they don't have it).

I always order food at home but the last time I ordered pizza and wings they only brought me the pizza and they charged me for the wings that I didn't receive and now I ordered again and ordered pizza and wings order of 16 and it only brought 9 wings ? I love pizza but twice they have made

my favorite pizza place, the pizza is so good i always order on the phone and they always answer the phone and the wait time is short 10-15 minutes! I once ordered on doordash and they didn't pay attention to my note where i asked for light tomato sauce so from now on i'll only order thru the phone or in person.
