Who doesn't like Chinese fast food?!Panda Express is a craving that my wife gets once or twice a month and this location is close to our house; so I've visited a few times.I'll start with the good: The food is generally good and fresh. We've always been satisfied with the food quality and quantity. This is the main reason as to why my review is two stars instead of one. The bad: Everything else. The service is lackluster in various ways. First, they always seem to be out of something. I don't show up late and usually order when there is still hours left on their business hours. You shouldn't be out of chow Mein at 7PM. This makes the (already) long even longer. Second, the workflow doesn't make sense. I'll give the first person my order and then have to repeat it two other times to two other employees. Lastly, the cashier always gets confused with billing. I'll order a 'big plate' and they will ring up items included as separate. I usually am able to correct them but there was one occasion where the cashier kept arguing with me. I eventually caved and paid, even though I was overcharged by about $6. I only ask that management spend some time training their employees better on the workflow and the menu.

It's been about 4 months since I visited this location. I had a long morning and was surprised to see an employee name Vee (saw the name tag) with a big smile and very friendly. Other staff were pretty nice too. These kind of excellent friendly customer service makes my meal even taste better. I had two orders. 1) Fried rice chow mein, beef broccoli and crisp shrimp. 2) Fried rice chow mein and chicken teriyaki. Thanks!

about 75% of the entrée serving trays are empty most of the time I go in there. get those kids out of there! and get some adults in there and pay them proper wages so we can get proper service. We already pay a decent price and we would pay a little more for proper service and people who care because who wants to show up to a place where you're supposed to be able to pick from many choices and there's not even a quarter of the choices then the girl throws some sauces in my rice and chow mein when I never asked for any sauce. She was just being rude. .
Came thirty minutes before closing and they had four things, 3 pieces of orange chicken (not even enough for one portion), fried rice, and crab Rangoons, idk why they don't close earlier when the kitchen closes because they literally don't have anything left.

They almost have denied a man who was homeless because of the way he looked . He had money and they finally let him purchase food. but they were really rude to him and laugh at him when he walked away.
