Inconsistent acceptance of Subway coupons. I went in today and they didn't accept the coupon, but I went here a few weeks prior and they accepted it. Hard to tel when they accept it or not unless you go and ask, so it's inconvenient. In terms of food, it is the same as every other Subway locations.

Why have curbside orders as an option…. If your employees aren’t going to do curbside orders.Absolutely ridiculous that I had to wait 20 minutes for my order only to just go in and get it myself when I had specifically made my order curbside because I did not want to take my baby out of the car. I had to also serve myself my own drink when that should of already been done. And the employees didn’t explain anything just said they thought it was pickup & heres your drink and left to the back….The service here is ridiculous wish I could give 0 star review.And to top it off I requested my sandwich be toasted… yeah it wasn’t. F this subway location employees cant read the order instructions apparently.

My first time going to this location and probably my last. This is only location that does accept coupons. I found out when I was about to pay for my sandwich. If I knew prior placing my order I would have gone to my regular subway location.
Have been coming to this location a couple of times now. Takes forever to get a sandwich. Even if your the first person in line for one single sandwich your guaranteed to take 15-25 min.

I don't usually give reviews. But I had to do it today. I haven't had subway sandwiches for a as long time. I don't remember them tasting that good. But since there was a BOGO coupon, thought I would give them a try again. Went to this location and boy was it a mistake. The people were rude and straight up said that they can't accept the coupon and it is online purchase only even tho there is a a barcode to scan when purchase in store. And when j was trying to explain and show her the coupon, she just walk away from me and serve another customer. I had no choice but to force myself and buy a sandwich there since I don't have a lot of time to buy my lunch. And the sandwich still taste horrible.
