Did an online order where I asked for my sandwiches to be toasted. It was clearly written on the receipt. In the order, the sandwiches were not toasted. I was not happy with this and asked for the sandwiches to be redone. Not only did the store employee refuse, he even tried to claim that subway charges money for toasting and that I did not pay the proper amount despite the receipt saying that I paid in full. When asking to speak with a manager, he told me that the manager was not in and refused to give me any number I can contact. Horrible service and employee. Please fire him. I don't go to subway. I do not eat here. I eat at mr. Pickles or togos or baras deli on Washington ave(great btw). But I got a Christmas gift card for $10 and I decided to go there. Place was empty, atmosphere was nice, guy working there was very nice as well. Did a quick and professional job and my spicy jalapeño filled sandwich was great ?. I wasn't a fan before but I now find myself looking for reasons to go back to subway. Well done?

It was my first time going to this subway and I didn't have a good experience. 1. Once she had put our sandwiches in the oven, she began to clean some utensils and the area of the soups. Once our sandwiches were ready she almost didn't change her gloves BUT that was only because I had asked her to, which is disgusting and could have caused cross contamination (she also seemed annoyed when I asked her). 2. She made my sandwich SUPER messy, all my veggies were out and it was wrapped poorly.3. I caught her complaining to her co worker about me in front of me, making it very noticeable (very unprofessional). She had red hair and looked like she was in her late 30's.

Ordered the new Ultimate BMT and got the old BMT. They are cheap and did NOT add the advertised 33% more meat and twice the cheese. Then they charge you for the increased price of the Ultimate BMT.

I mostly order through the app. They always make my sandwiches exactly as I order them. I am a fan of the Veggie Delight, Ham & Swiss and Meatball. They keep a clean shop. The staff have never been rude to me. My sandwich is always ready when I arrive, even the few times I was a few mintues earlier than what the app said for pick-up time.

Went to get a 6" sandwich and I asked for Italian herb and cheese and that one guy with the beard or something didnt ask if i wanted it toasted and if he did ask me i would have heard it and he should have asked me a 2nd time if i didnt hear it, he only asked if i wanted my meat warmed and not my sandwich toasted... and when I asked for it toasted he said under his breath "i asked you that earlier" and acted like i didnt hear him like what kind if customer service is this... so rude never coming here again so rude to customers.
