Absolutely horrible place. The only lady working there who is an Indian lady is extremely rude and impatient. I came to the store at 9:15(45 minutes before close) she said we have to close the store early for no reason most likely because she was eager to go home. She lets me in anyways and when I order on the app she canceled my order for no reason and I was still charged on my card. It says I have to wait one week to receive it back. Was basically charged $17 for absolutely no reason. The lady is very useless, rude, impatient, and lazy. To add on to this review, they use old meat. As it was only 40 minutes before closing, I asked her what they do with the leftover meat, she said we use it the next day. They need to check this nasty place. They need new workers and everything.

I spend almost $30 here today. I basically got to put long tuna fish sandwich? At least that's what I paid for was a tuna fish sandwich!Honestly I have no idea what this slop is. It has absolutely no flavor It mostly tastes like mayonnaise it's wet and that's about it So most disappointing experience I've ever had for a sandwich. A lot of money for nothing

Placed my order on DoorDash. Called to make sure they added extra sauce because that’s what the site recommended. Anywho I called and the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and said you should have added it online we don’t do phone order, before I was able to tell her it literally says to call, she hung up. I haven’t received my food and I’m very disappointed already. Hopefully this place closes soon do not go here.

I placed an online order for buy 1 get 1 free foot long sub and all the produce was bad. The cheese was spoiled. Bread stale. The vegetables had been left out overnight and were frozen. The lettuce was brown. My daughter and I felt sick immediately. I also ordered soup that was literally like water and no flavor. I'm never eating subway again, EVER! When I called the associate knew the sandwich was bad and apologized and is offering me a refund that I have to drive back up there to get. It's an inconvenience as I dont have the gas to spare. I bought these sandwiches on a budget to feed me and my kids and we couldn't even eat it and I have no more extra money to get us something else. Not posting for sympathy but to bring light to restaurants that don't do right and customers like me who have limited funds end up getting extremely inconvenienced. I have to wait until tomorrow when I get paid out gas in my car and drive up there to get my refund. Imagine my frustration, hungry, broke, trying to feed your family and you end up with slop. None of those ppl there would've at that food. I'm trying to the post video to show you all how disgusting this sandwich was but this app isn't letting me.

literally horrible. it does not take 45 minutes to make one sandwich. if your making food , make it like you have a purpose. you shouldn’t be moping around. wasting ours and your time. do your job. good money for decent food.. and horrible time. you don’t have to have conversations with everyone you run across. Do your job.

I am writing to inform you of my experience with a local sandwich shop. I purchased three one-foot sandwiches, but the seller made them with as few ingredients as possible. The three sandwiches were equivalent to the ingredients of one sandwich. I believe this is dishonest and unfair business practice. I will not be returning to this store.

Store was supposed to close at 8 pm. Arrived at 730 pm Dorr locked and ignored by the woman inside. Why have a closing time if your going to close that much early.
