Subway isn't known for packing on the meat in their sandwiches but mine tonight was laughable. Got a foot long turkey and legit, had 4 slices of Turkey. Basically paid for all veggies.Never coming to this one again. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on mission down the road, they do a much better job.

Can you guys please enforce your employees to have better hygiene when working with food. Went a couple nights ago and his drink and phone was on the counter. He was going back and forth from the cash register to then putting gloves on without washing his hands and preparing mine and others sandwiches. Very unprofessional.

The last 3 times I've tried to visit this place before 11AM, the store looked open, but the door was locked and no one was inside. I think the problem is they don't get enough business, so the people who are working there are bored out of their mind.

Slowest, most lackluster service of any Subway in the area. If you're looking for efficient, responsive, and friendly service, skip this one. You can get the same menu items at any other Subway--but without the agonizingly slow, careless, and typically rude service that the Hayward Blvd. branch specializes in. Expect to be barely acknowledged or ignored while you wait, wait, wait to place your order. They've clearly worked hard to earn the low ratings they've received on Yelp.

When you come in there's no welcome in, person making a sandwich just ignores your existence and keeps doing what they are doing. Very unprofessional service. I was looking forward to a subway sandwich but I'll eat some where else!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

I don't know who made my sandwich today but it's absolutely perfect. It is the best Subway sandwich I've ever had. I ordered the Italian BMT like I always do, but this is the best one. I ordered through your app and I'm very glad I did. I'm supposed to be on a diet but it's definitely worth the calories.

We walked in around 2pm today. There were two ladies who were working and one of them seemed very confused. They kept on talking to each other constantly. The lady who was helping us kept on forgetting the order. We didn't get avocado on our sandwich even though we reminded her twice. Very unprofessional.
