Came here on a random Saturday midday. Located inside "Dirty Bird". Cool spot with great ambiance. Ordered the garlic parmesan wings and nachos. Both were absolutely delicious. Nachos were unlike I've ever had. It had BBQ sauce which I'm not typically a fan of but this time it worked. Will definitely be back.

This is inside of the Dirty Bird bar. The bar has some excellent artisan cocktails & even though the menu was small, it was diverse. The special was grilled lamb chops with fries & a tomato salad which was great! The spicy honey chicken wings were also excellent & my son had fish tacos which he really liked. You order at the counter, so don't expect fancy but I would definitely go back!!

Tailfeathers Kitchen has quickly become a cherished spot for me. The Mexican fare they serve is genuinely delightful and never disappoints. But the real surprise? Their hand-tossed pizza - it's unexpectedly delicious and a must-try. A unique blend of flavors that you wouldn't typically expect under one roof, but they make it work seamlessly. I definitely do not recommend the food. Of course, I was not expecting a 5 star experience from bar food, but It all looks good, and was sloppy, overpriced, and bland. Half of my Carne Asada was cartilage and so drenched in sauce that the tortilla was soggy. There was a whole bunch of cilantro, and I love cilantro, but I pulld a bunch off with stems. Mind you, 3 tacos here is $15, and the taquaria a block up has much better tacos, and you can get 3 for about $9. The pizza was tasteless and had almost whole tomatoes on it with clumps of brown basil under the cheese. When ordering food, we waited while there were two people at the register. No one said hi or what can we get you. One person just said take her and still didn't say hi we just told them what we wanted. Not bad service by any means, just not the most friendly. The ambiance is nice and chill during day .

This makes a good bar and club into a great spot. Delicious food for the whole family in the best bar and club in Hayward. Great service both from the kitchen and the bar. Full bar with serious mix masters.

Honestly I've always hit the bar inside and skipped the food. I met the chef a couple taco Tuesdays ago.. food was so damn good! Tons of meat the carnitas and steak was great. Have tried the nachos too super bomb. Love grabbing a drink there and chilling with chef.
Literally so Bad. Frozen food that’s fried and very expensive for what it is.. edit— the fries weren’t the issue it’s the fact that the menu says prawns for the appetizer and you get the tiny little breaded cocktail shrimp that you’re severely overcharging for

Love the space here and the atmosphere is so much fun. Music and drinks plus food!! The beef empanadas were so good I ordered more to go and share the goodness. The bathrooms r in the front while the kitchen is in the back on the right next to the bar. The table and decor in here is so unique and artistic. I've been wanting to check this spot out and still need to come back and try the coffee spot in front. The hours here are different so maybe call just in case but the weekends for sure they are open in the early evening to late night.
