I'm a regular customer at Teaspoon, overtime getting to know the crew, they started to get to know me and even memorized my order. every time is a warm welcome with a smile and sometimes my drink is ready before I walk in, overall they make my day and it is a blessing to be their customer.

0 stars. I walked in thinking to order boba before grabbing my Nick the Greek order next door. When I walked in, there were 2 people standing on the side waiting for their order. I stood there looking at the menu waiting to be greeted and helped. Once the 2 people got their order and walked out, I still wasn't greeted. I thought maybe I should use the self help screen to order? As I began to use the screen near the cashier area to order (while 3 or more employees are there making drinks), 2 Asian persons walked in and were instantly greeted and helped by one of the employees. Are the employees selective with who they greet or am I not being instantly greeted here because I'm not Asian? No idea but I closed out of the screen and walked out. Not coming back.

So friendly and really good boba! Tasted like real tea and the boba pearls were the perfect softness. Very happy and the prices were super reasonable for the cup size. Overall no complaints :)

Absolutely amazing! We got two drinks here and the service was super quick and these are extremely tasty. The inside is small but atmosphere is great. The drinks were not too sweet and the perfect balance. Definitely recommend this place!

Very yummy boba place! We loved what we ordered. I tried a macaron and a rice krispy treat and both were very tasty! My husband ordered a silky strawberry boba and I ordered a guava sunset type flavor. We both preferred the silky one! Very delicious! We loved the honey boba! Would definitely return if in the area.There is no tables to sit at it so you have to take it to go. Parking is easy to find as there is a free parking lot adjacent to the building.Parking: Easy to find free Parking lot next to buildingKid-friendliness: Kids would love this type of drink, but there is no seating inside

It had been a long day and I decided I deserved some boba as treat for the days hardships. Got my boba for the day, I know I was dressed oddly but I don't know but the servers the day I came the guy was the only friendly one. The girls seemed annoyed, didn't smile or make any eye contact and left out my heart jellies from my boba. I get just doing your job, and I've been to other boba places to know this was kinda hard to say it was just a bad day. This also happened to the mother in front of me too. Once is a mistake, twice is a pattern three times? I'm not gonna be there for the third time.

I drank my first boba here with my family two years ago. Great service and friendly staff! My personal favorite is the strawberry matcha royale and the silky strawberry. They are the best boba place in the Bay Area!!!!!!!!
Parking lot available. No indoor seating. Wasn't busy Saturday noon so service was prompt. I enjoyed my grasshopper drink. Extra refreshing for the warm weather, filled with cucumber and litchi goodness...
Premium tea at a premium cost. Most drink recipies not that good. I only like the grasshopper

Walked in and immedately thought what a cute place it is! I loved how inviting it was. I got the Mango on fire which is the Mango drink with Chamoy and tajin added in for a dollar extra. It tasted amazing!! The drink was mixed really well and allowed the flavors really to flow through the drink. The service was prompt, kind and helpful. The drink was ready in about 5 minutes or less. There is plenty of parking.

The staff at Teaspoon are truly the nicest I’ve ever encountered. On a rainy night, they considerately made me a new, warm cup of milk tea because I was late for my original order. Their kindness and thoughtfulness deeply moved me. Such exceptional service is rare and truly appreciated❤️

I come here all the time, I thought I already gave my review! I will say 9/10 its EXACTLY how I want it but there have been a few times where my strawberry sangria isn't as sweet as I prefer but I often share with my partner and he likes it less sweet so it works out for him lol The service is great and pretty fast. I don't think I've ever waited longer than 10 minutes for my drink and the space itself has no seating but is nice and clean.

Tasty, good, and nice service Taro - had chunks of real Taro in it in addition to the powdered stuff, Taro was a good texture Matcha with strawberry - such a good combination, satisfying, strong, and earthy. It's supposedly ceremonial matcha too Strawberry colada - exactly as it sounds like a piña colada with strawberry, a bit on the sweeter side, hit the sweet tooth spot for the fruit lovers Service was good with honest thoughts from the girl with the glasses in front. She went above and beyond to bring our drinks out to us too a we had to entertain babies outside Overall, with a menu with a lot of variety, I'd probably return to try their other flavors
