I've ate here twice and I can safely rate and say that this taco truck has fallen off the hype. It's definitely okay compared to others. Just not enough to justify any of the folllowing. Driving, pricing, portions. They use CRINKLECUT fries now. Which is a huge turn off personally. So if you're purchasing the California or asada fries. Be weary these are the fries they use currently. I would steer away from the California burrito. Barely any meat and the fries are super soggy even fresh. I was expecting a decent size burrito as it's contains fries. But this is relatively small compared to many places. I'm able to eat the whole burrito and feel good. Almost wanting another. The fries were mediocre, but way better than the burrito. I would say it's worth it. If you're into crinklecuts. Crinklecut kind of ruins it and even with size difference on the crinklecut fries. They still manage to underfill the to-go box. Redeeming quality was the meat was much more present in this dish. Also the seasoning of the meat had a nice charr what you would expect. The burrito California or not is a major letdown. Try the fries and the tacos. The meat is good and In a taco you can't get skimped too hard.

Best tacos ever !!! And the Papusas omg, delicious. I used to walk here with my mom and this is hands down our favorite food truck in NorCal. We moved back to Atlanta but this spot is memorable we talk about it alll the time. Most definitely will plan a trip to come back strictly for Guanatos

Fast service and reasonable prices. The California burrito is my go-to order. The area can get a bit dusty as the truck is located on a gravel lot if you're considering eating at one of the tables set up there.

This is my favorite Mexican place in the area. Tasty and reasonably priced. I stop by and pick up a carnitas plate each week. The main lady (owner?) is friendly and welcoming. She mentioned that you can call in your order ahead of time so you don't have to wait.

Too hyped up imo. I had their tacos for the first time. These tacos are soft shelled tacos and are kinda small. The price of each is around ~3 bucks. I had 2 al pastor and 1 carnitas. The carnitas was pretty dry. Good thing it comes with a orange sauce to help it out. I think for lunch, you would need atleast 4 of them to somewhat fill you up. I think in terms of value, tacos at this spot isn't the way to go. My friend got a burrito for $10 and that looked super good and it was massive.

I work at SF outlets and this truck is by far the best food option out here. The quesadilla was the bomb I hope they return!

I'm so happy that I found this place! This was one of the few places that were open in the morning and it was so good. It might've been the best burrito I've ever had. I split the California burrito with my husband and it was the perfect amount of food for the both of us. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I also appreciated that the burrito was fried on the outside to give it more texture. Lastly, the prices are amazing. With prices skyrocketing like crazy, I'm glad that the food here is delicious and affordable. I already want to go back!

I saw some really good reviews and had high hopes in finding a solid super burrito. I ordered a super burrito asada and asked for sliced avocado but they said they didn't have any or guacamole. The burrito was filled with a lot of beans, rice, cheese, Daisy sour cream and very little asada. It felt like I was eating a bean buritto.. I wouldn't recommend getting a burrito here. Tacos was ok, but not for $3 each. Really skimped on the meat.

The tacos were really bland, burritos were just ok, and the tortas had regular sandwich meat, canned pineapples, and in fresh tomatoes and lettuce. And there where ants crawling around the food truck Never even looking at this place again.

Mexican food truck in Fremont, it's in an industrial area on Grimmer with a gravel parking lot and 1 table outside. It's owned by kind ladies with home-style cooking skills and you can also call ahead to preorder since everything is made to order and it can take time. Asada Fries: Guanatos and Arteagas have the best local Asada Fries, the fries are thicker cut and not wet or oily on bottom. They are a nice crispy bed for the Asada and guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo which I've always loved replicate the colors of the Mexico Flag. Pierna Tacos: Always looking out for interesting menu offerings. Shredded meat from Pork Leg is used vs. the Pork shoulder used for carnitas. It's more tender because of the higher marbling ratio and can be stewed and marinated for longer without drying out. Fish Tostada: Nice crispy tortilla base with cabbage, cilantro, and tomatoes with a mild habanero sauce. The fish is grilled and pairs well with the light acidity of the tomatoes.
