We are Senior Citizens and have been ignored twice while waiting to be seated. Wait staff looked at us several times in both instances and all ignored us. We left and went somewhere else fir dinner. So we will not be eating there as other establishments are willing to seat snd serve us.

After a long day of real estate hustle, I recommended to my coworkers United Mexican restaurant, craving something hearty to combat our jet lag. We had been coming here almost every weekend but after today, we will not return. We noticed the price of their drinks (margarita) changes with each server. I have been charged $8, $9.50, $10.50 and today charged $11.50. My husband always gets coffee and was never charged for refill until today! Server told us refills are not free. Food is not bad but definitely overpriced!

The service from Doordash is detestable, they didn't send the soda I ordered or the food I ordered, the spoiled beans and they only deliver the food on disposable plates without a security seal so that the disinherited will not have the food... simply. detestable

Surprised to see such bad reviews for them. We ended up here by choosing a wrong United location. Were looking for the one in San Leandro and apparently that one is shown as closed now. Apple map still provides both location and that's why. It has a Mexican pub/restaurant feeling. First time and to be on the safe side, I ordered a quesadilla, which I like but rarely order in a restaurant. Menu says regular size you can choose any meat so I picked birria. The waitress did nicely asking if what I want is the 3 birria taco with cheese but no, quesadilla is what I wanted. Quoted at 11.95, now the cost is 15.95. I have no problem adding the money but would be nice to be clear on 11.95 or for birria, 15.95 something like that. The quesadilla was wonderful. Full of birria goat meat and it's juicy, flavorful and good portion. I really enjoy it. BF ordered a chicken mole and based on how long it takes, it's probably not their signature dish. I'm not a mole person and it tastes so so to me. The birria soup comes with it (no meat in it) is very flavorful too, which matches with the flavorful birria. I give it a passing grade but don't plan on coming back again with all the haven't yet to try good Mexican restaurants.

I give 3 stars because I don't agree that they take the tip without telling the customer. I always left a tip. Until now I realized that it was already included in the bill, I practically left a double tip and that bothered me. Good food, very bad service. They don't even bother to ask if you need anything else after they give you the food, as the waitresses already know who have already taken their 15% of tips, they no longer bother to ask if you need anything else. They don't deserve the 15% tip.

The worst . This lady was very rude.. and she gave me like half a glass of michelada... With only clamato.. and making me feel like stupid with other clients.... Very expensive . And rude... I won't go there anymore..

Excellent service in general, this is the second time I go and they treat us to super delicious micheladas. The shrimp are wonderful. You can feel the flavor of the garlic and lemon sealed in the grilled shrimp. I also fell in love with the delicious mole enchiladas. They had a lot of meat. and in particular the super friendly, attentive and good-natured server, every time she passed by, she asked us if everything was okay and we came back very happy and if we return we invite everyone who has not yet been there to come and try it, by the way, thank you ❤️Jazmín ❤️who told us served for being such a nice person more like you in all restaurants are needed

We got the cold Mariscada for two and the dish was fresh & delicious. It was plenty for two grown men to eat and we still had some left over. The service was also excellent. They had live music playing on a Sunday, it started at around 1pm
