Revising due to extenuating circumstances. S&W finally got back to me and shared why service had stalled. There are no longer employees to run the tasting room due to several issues. I appreciate the honest feedback and apologies from the owner. My advice is the company should put this info on their website and social accounts so customers don't get frustrated with the lack of communication and staff not showing up at reservations. The reservation booking service on their site should be turned off until they have the staff to open the tasting room. That said, I'm revising to three stars out of courtesy. If the company can fix the staffing issues and meet their reservation times in the future I will revise the rating again for more stars. However I can't recommend visiting them until their staffing situation is resolved to the point where they meet 100% of booked reservations. No customer should be left driving two hours only to find out no one is at the tasting room after a booked reservation.

I have been a member of your Wine Club for 14 years and am posting this review after trying to visit the tasting room on Sunday, 10/15. I had plans to meet my friend in Healdsburg and thought it would be a good time to pick up my latest wine club selections. We were supposed to meet at your new tasting room at 4PM. Since she had never been and I hadn't been to the Grove Street location, I thought it would be a fun outing. I checked your website to make sure you were going to be open and what time you closed. This is what was posted: Our Tasting Room We are open daily from 11AM to 7PM, with our tasting room in downtown Healdsburg, just off the plaza. Come visit with us, taste our award winning wines and savor the flavors of our Howell Mountain.... New Address starting July 5th, 2023: 1500 Grove St Healdsburg, CA 95448 Phone number: 707-431-8749 Hours: 11AM - 7PM, daily Monday - Sunday So I drove up from San Jose and arrived around 3:30PM. The gates were closed and it didn't look open. I called the tasting room number from the website and no one answered and the mailbox wasn't set up. So I decided to look up your hours on Yelp and this is what was posted there: Mon 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM Tue 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM Wed 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM Thu 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM Fri 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM Sat 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM Sun 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM Yelp also had a different phone number ((707) 385-1067), so I tried that number. There was still no answer and this mailbox was full. There were people at the facility, but it appeared that they were cellar / harvest folks working over the weekend. It looks like Yelp had been updated three weeks ago with new hours, so you might want to update your website to reflect when the tasting room will be staffed and open. Besides this botched wine tasting trip, there have been several other factors that go into me canceling my wine club. The new tasting room looks like an industrial warehouse and I can't imagine the inside looks much different - although I wouldn't know because all of the Yelp pictures are from the old tasting room. Having worked in a wine production facility, I wonder what the bathroom situation is or the glass cleaning process. The downtown location was close to everything so you were able to walk to lunch or dinner after a nice wine tasting. Nothing is close to the Grove Street location. Also, the latest Sauvignon Blanc is missing something. This was the wine I joined the club for and the 2022 vintage is flat or missing something. I usually buy multiple cases a year and now, I'm just trying to get rid of the case I bought thinking it was just young when I tasted it in the tasting room. Finally, the prices have increased. I understand that supplies and rent have gone up, but getting one large format bottle of wine for over $175 is a little over the top. If you are going to save by downgrading your tasting room and having a single location for tasting and production, I think you could keep the wine costs the same. Getting a large format bottle isn't a good option for me since it's just me in my household. I usually end up taking it to a family dinner or friend's house just it won't be sitting open for too long. If you want to save money, stop with the etched bottle and wax top - that is an unnecessary expense. I'm can't speak for other wine club members, but I don't care about the etched bottle or the wax top. I don't collect the bottles as mementos and I really only care what is in the bottle, not on the bottle. You should give people the choice of one large bottle or two smaller 375ml bottles. This review is not directed to Deb, but to the person who was supposed to be working and answering the phone on Sunday. Whomever runs the business, needs to be more professional and have accountable staff that will be there during business hours. How does a business have two phone numbers that don't have a message that gives the name of the winery, address, tasting hours or other pertinent information? It seems like someone has given

I've enjoyed visiting their tasting room when it was located near the square and meeting with Debra for tastings in the past. I went this past Sunday and was redirected to their new location which in a very industrial area. According to their website, they were supposed to be open but we found that to not be the case. Very disappointed bc that's time we took away from visiting another tasting room/winery. We also called and got no answer.

Had a reservation for 1 PM. No one was there and the gate was completely locked. Tried calling several times with no answer and the voice mailbox was full.

I love this winery and am a member, however, I have 2 outstanding orders that were placed in June and August (including my membership order) and neither have been fulfilled, nor do I have any information as to when they will be fulfilled. I have tried to contact the company through email and phone. All emails were ignored and the voicemail on the company phone is full. I guess I will have to dispute the charges through the credit card company. Very very disappointing.

Turned up for our booking and not open. They know this too. No return phone call. Disgusting service.

Walker was great! He was very personable and knowledgeable about the wines we drank - for just moving from downtown to this new location it was nice to have a tasting side where the barrels and bottling took place. We really had tons of fun! Thanks Walker!

The wines were good, espc the cab. Debra was lovely, and took great care of us. The tasting room was moved from downtown to an odd area, we were very unsure we were at the correct place....other than location, a great overall experience.

Had a reservation for 11 am today. Unfortunately showed up but no one there. Their loss. Be nice if website and apps they are on were updated. Tried to call no answer.

We had a wonderful time during our walk in tasting with Walker Stephen. They had a set of cheese pairings to go with the wines which was a nice touch and the wines were delicious.

This is our favorite winery! My husband loves their robust reds & I can't get enough of their whites & the Rosé, oh their Rosé, just divine. Their tasting room is cozy & inviting. The cheese pairing is a perfect compliment. It's also in walking distance to everything you'll want to do in Healdsburg. Right down the street from Willi's, I mean you can't beat that! We are a family of members, loyals. We love the staff they're the best, super knowledgeable about the wine and always make you feel welcomed! Go for the wine stay for the Deb

Damn good wine! My husband and I love boutique wineries and this place knocked out socks off! We are so used to the quality of wines in southern California and this place is just as good, if not better! Instant love after first sip! We signed up for the membership that day!

I love Stephen & Walker award, winning wine! They have won so many awards, and their wine is excellent. I've been a wine club member here for about seven years. I prefer their wine over some of the most expensive Napa, Carneros, and Sonoma Wine. Every time I bring a guest to this winery, they rave about Steven & Walker. The service is always great, Debbie always does everything she can to accommodate us and make it special. From my wine collection, this is my favorite!!

My wife and I didn't like any of the wines here, it just wasn't to our taste. we kinda felt like there must have been some additives to the wine. A few wines tasted more like spritzers than wine. The staff was very nice though, decent tasting room and was cool with a local band playing. Just the wine was not to our taste.
