Big disappointment ! They tried to recreate the Old gallery but not even close. They copied the menu with the croquettes, the burger...our old favorites and it was mediocre. The burger can not be ordered medium rare because they have cheese in the meat? Everything was mediocre and much more expensive. On top of it, they add a 20% obligatory gratuity so you can't really express your opinion.I won't be back! This place won't last.

We returned to Barndiva Gallery Bar and Bistro mostly because they put the burger back on the menu, which used to be spectacular. Unfortunately the burger is not even 1/2 as good as it used to be: I ordered medium rare and it came out medium, the quality of the meat has gone down, the fries which used to be excellent and unusual are now about the same as McDonalds, the side salad was very ho hum. Very disappointing!!

We returned to Barndiva Gallery and Bistro because they put their fantastic burger back on the menu. Unfortunately the burger wasn't even 1/2 as good as it used to be. I ordered medium rare and it came out medium, the meat quality is not as good as it was, the fries which were once delicious are now like bad Mcdonald's fries. Our friend made the mistake of ordering the “pizza” which should not even be on the menu, it was inedible.....a chunk of bread with a little sauce and cheese. Service was good until they had a large party to deal with, entrees took way too long after 1st course. We had to ask where our entrees were in order to have them delivered. The restaurant was not full and they could not handle the customers that were there. Cocktails were good, maybe we'll return for them but they don't serve the delicious popcorn that they once had anymore. Changes are definitely NOT for the better☹️

This is the place where Barndiva gets rid of their second rate wine, service and atmosphere felt like a poorly executed event space converted to a restaurant. Disappointing. Would not recommend.

We came in on a Saturday night for dinner. We were super excited to have dinner here with our friends and really looking forward to the experience. We were seated outside and the restaurant was absolutely beautiful. It has a great ambience. We put in an order for some appetizers and were trying to decide on a wine and were brought a few samples to try. The food is really good. We had the fries, burrata, and fried goat cheese croquettes So sadly this review is mostly based on the absolutely horrible service we received. It's sad because this place could be a legit 5 star experience but the service was appalling. After he brought us our samples and the appetizers we never saw anyone again. We sat there for over 30 minutes and never got to order our entrees. He even came outside twice to check on the surrounding tables but completely avoided us. We were so upset that we ended up getting up and leaving. Which we have NEVER done! Needless to say we won't be back and our friends won't be back unless the service has a drastic turnaround.

They didn't even bring us our ordered bottle of water until I went and asked after 45 minutes. The food came after a good hour, and was very mediocre. I just wonder what happened to this place!

Oh I so wanted to love this place. We have eaten next door at the Barndiva and service was just very mediocre. We decided to try a more intimate and personal experience at the Studio side but were very disappointed. I brought a group of friends here visiting from San Diego and I was nothing short of mortified at the level of service. We were here for an hour and didn't even receive our round of drinks. We watched the table next to us sit there for an hour and only get appetizers. We actually had to walk to the bar to close our tab and go to a restaurant down the street. In Healdsburg you need service and food to be 4-5 stars. Barndiva has the potential for 5 stars but is 1 star service. Our group said they won't last but I truly hope they find their niche and improve the service. Until they do we will be going elsewhere.

I'd recommend Barndiva with caveats. We went on a weekend when they were holding a barbecue (Memorial Day), so the regular menu was replaced with a different a la carte menu and no service (you ordered and paid up front, then food was delivered). I knew this going in, so assumed the menu would be different but the quality would be as good as what I knew about their traditional menu. Wrong. We ordered one of each dish on the menu and they were, at best, just ok. The fried chicken was fatty, the lamb in the lamb shwarma didn't taste like lamb, the Fattoush salad was sad, the falafels were dry. And the portions of all were incredibly small, esp the salad. It was $6 for what amounted to a couple pieces of lettuce, some cucumbers and some stale croutons. So disappointing. I wasn't expecting the regular menu, but I was expecting something a bit more elevated.

This place is great for what is was intended for - events. Everything from the decor to the food is trying too hard and lacking. We love Barn Diva, but will not be back to the Gallery.

Sunday night price fixed dinners in Barndiva used to be fun place and well attended by locals. Not any more. Food portions went to extra small and wine corkage went from non existent to highest in Healdsburg. Not going to go back. Sad, another good initiative bites the dust.

My husband and I went in for prefix Sunday Supper. I have dietary restrictions and the chef created an amazing dairy free meal for me that was every bit as delicious as my husbands . Very impressive wine list and great wait staff. Really enjoyed the old film clips projected on the wall. A must try!
