Really an excellent dinner. Had an exceptional steak and my wife's pork chop was also great. Good wine list and overall experience.

We shared the tasting menu since we don’t eat much. We paired it with wine and it was spectacular! The service and the food were phenomenal!

We live on the east coast and this is our second time! Food is amazing and the portions generous and cocktails on point. The star is the baked scallop! If you don’t like scallops, this dish can change your mind. Will we come back?

During the pandemic we were able to pick up take out at Valette. It was so good we had been meaning to try it in person. We finally got there for dinner on Thursday night during restaurant week. We weren't able to get a reservation so we took a chance on a walk in table by arriving shortly after they opened. We were seated on their patio. I am tempted to give them 5 stars but since we didn't eat indoors I didn't feel like I saw the entire operation. The patio was very well set up with plenty of heaters. Our wait staff was attentive without being cloying and the food was as good as I remembered. Before dinner I had a Your Passion's Showing cocktail. Yum! I had the poke to start. It was right up there with some of the best I've had. Next came the steelhead filet served with broccolini. It was crisped to a golden color and surrounded by a chimichurri sauce. Delicious. For desert I had Volo Dark Chocolate Cremeux. If you like chocolate, and I do, you'll love this. I'm so glad we finally got here in person.

Unfortunately I wasn't feeling 100%, so my appetite wasn't very large. That being said our Pumpkin Soup with spicy honey and pepitas was delicious and light. My husband had the pork chop done perfectly - it's huge! I had the scallops and the presentation was magnificent and the scallops were devine. I kept watching it go by with lots of eyes following the servers bringing it out, so I had to have it and it did not dissapoint. Wish I had a bigger appetite to enjoy more items and bummed we skipped desert for the same reason. Place was hopping. We'll definitely be back. Oh and they even printed Happy Anniversary on our menus. Great touch!

Restaurant is nice, food was so-so. I would not go here as a vegetarian again. The cauliflower steak was ok, tough and not cooked through. Flavors were good on the sauce. No restaurant week deal as a vegetarian (it's either a wash or you even pay more). Dessert (chocolate) was the most redeeming dish.

Food was OK. Small portions. Service was not so great. They seated me by the front door entrance table. People were constantly coming to the door very noisy. Overall not so good experience.

Had the prix Fix restaurant week menu. Organic Salad was a firm and bland except for too much balsamic drizzled on top. Had intended to have the advertised Salmon but it had been replaced by lake trout (a much different flavor). Had the Pork Loin which was tough and the serated knife given wasn't up to the task. Chocolate dessert was outstanding. Brought out own Pinot noir and the saving grace was that they comped the corkage. Wait staff and all bus people wore black polar fleece jackets and were not identifiable by position or name. Had wanted to go here for the past couple of years but was disappointed. Even with restaurant week deal I didn't consider it a good value.

Such a cozy and inviting setting. Our server Alfredo was excellent and very efficient despite handling several tables. The food was prepared perfectly and the drink/wine menu was very well done.

The outside patio is so well done, you feel warm and cozy. The staff were all so polite and attentive, very well versed in the menu. I can’t even begin to say my favorite part of the meal, best duck I’ve ever had. The brea butter and jam was amazing. Our server Jacob was so funny and knowledgeable.
